Disappointed!
My family and I, frequently visited Raising Canes, for lunch and or dinner meals. It has become obvious that the chicken has decreased in size overtime, and is no longer satisfactory considering the prices have not decreased! It's made my family and I rethink visiting your store locations.
I hate being cheated
I like the food, but I didn't get what I ordered. Ordered the Caniac Combo, which is supposed to come with 6 chicken fingers. Got home 10 miles away only to find I got only 4 chicken fingers. Was charged for the Caniac Combo price. Seems like the order taker was distracted by a personal conversation with someone else on the headset. No receipt, no way to contact the store digitally.
Commercials
Why does Raising Cane’s use an obese child in their television commercials? That kid got obese from poor nutrition, such as eating fast food. Raising Cane‘s is not exclusively responsible, but they do share some culpability. I find it gross and shameful that that is who they would choose to pedal their deep fried heart attack basket. I’d love to hear the rationale behind their casting decision.
Raising Cane’s people are very disrespect
So I’m asking raising Cane for food and they’re calling me back yelling at me talking about some girl you need to go to school when I am a grown man and I’m not even trying to joke like it was so rude. I was I called back and I just told someone else and I was gonna talk to my manager cause that’s what my girlfriend told me to do but I don’t do that cause I’m not crazy Karen, but they were very rude and very disrespectful so maybe don’t recommend raising Cane’s cause they are terrible mean people they really really mean and I might even give them a complaint I’m gonna call corporate, but I am really not joking that they were being really rude and really disrespectful but I’m gonna call them back

Every time I order something from Cane's on St. Charles Rock Road, in Bridgeton MO, it never fails. The fries are old and the chicken taste like it is cooked in old grease. I try to give them a chance, but I drive up three exits to Manchester Road, in Des Peres, and the Cane's is crispy brown, the fries are fresh, and the lemonade taste even better. I can not use the word "consistency" when it comes to these two restaurants that are close proximity, to one another.

Took my son for his birthday
Took my son for his birthday, he hyped it up and sadly it was disappointing. The coleslaw was tart, the chicken was soggy. Just not what I was excepting. My son was even disappointed which made it worse. Spent 70 dollars for a family of 4 not worth the funds to be disappointed

This is the slowest service I have ever experienced at a “fast” food place. I have been waiting in the drive thru line for over half an hour waiting for an order for my son. I will never come here again.

I ordered Canes chicken fingers( 3313 Highland Road, Baton Rouge, LA 70802 )around 1:20 today and picked them up. My order was ready on time. The lady at the counter was extremely pleasant and even asked if I had forgotten my drink. I told her I hadn’t ordered one. The store was very clean, and the entire crew—especially the lady at the counter—was amazing. I would definitely recommend this location.
Beware.. Undercooked Food
I have been eating raising cane's for several years until recently I have been experiencing different locations undercooking the fries and the most recent terrible experience was today in which I didn't even get a receipt. I called customer relations to report it and spoke with Allison who said she would block my number for reporting undercooked fries. Beware and stay far away from this over priced undercooked food to make you sick!
Meridian
Meridian, Idaho Location!!
Our first visit to Raising Cane’s became our last. We drove an hour home to find two missing meals from our order. When we called, the manager refused to look up the order because it would “take too long.” His only options were to drive back or call corporate — even though the mistake was theirs.
We paid for food we didn’t receive, and got zero customer support. Not worth the drive, the hype, or the frustration.
Very Disappointing
The store in Woodbury Minnesota is usually not good. Most of the time the chicken pieces are barely coated, usually only one side is coated, you almost get bare chicken that's deep fried. Fries are never hot. We have actually had almost frozen bread in our order. The sauce is very good but they give you so little that they force you to get extra at of course a high cost.

The only thing I can guess from the reviews is that people only give reviews when they have a bad experience. 'Cus I've been going to Raising Cane's since it opened in Baton Rouge, now i'm in Texas, and must eat it once a month. It's always pretty solid.
Used to be good
Used to be good. Last two times the fries undercooked the chicken strips are small. Just not worth the money anymore.
Today the girl at the counter wouldn't stop touching her face and then the food coming out. Lucky a different person handed me my food.

I went to Raising Cane On October 21,2025. Between 11:00-11:30 am. Food Was Luke Warm and salty. The location was Union Station Washington,DC.
Corporate greed
Had Raising Cane's 3 finger take out. I wanted the 6 finger, but $18 for a meal for one from fast food is ridiculous. This isn't inflation. This is corporate greed.

The chicken just delicious and the fry's bread service top tier.
