Top notch customer service.

I was the buyer in this case and Duncan Raistrick estate agents were acting for the vendor. The transaction was held up for several months due to a probate issue and I was not receiving any information from my conveyancer. The people at Duncan Raistrick answered my emails and kept me updated while my own solicitor ignored my emails and told me nothing. The staff were brilliant and patient with me through the whole stressful process. Thank you Georgina and the gang at Duncan Raistrick Estate Agents in Blackpool.
