Pace has given me the roadmap for my business in term of Clarity, capability and courage which is required to run a successful and a scalable business. I need to focus and prioritize on the Marketing & Sales as my next step as currently I am in the survival stage. The experience of 3 days has helped me in increasing my learning in business and life which will in turn help in building a holistic life consist of all 4 elements i.e. Health, Relationship, Money & Inner Joy.

The three day workshop P A C E was very tiring (as we are not used to sitting in a chair for soo long) BUT A NECESSITY FOR ALL ENTREPRENEURS. Its a REBOOT to our entrepreneurial journey.

PACE training has given the perfect clarity where we are working. Worth to attend this training. It gives a complete step by step ideas to go ahead in each department particularly hiring right people in the organization. We prioritize on hiring people and focus on marketing and sales particularly after this and will attend it once again next year checking our progress implementing these step by step process. As instructed, i will focus on 2 things first sales and HR. It was a perfect guidance for any entrepreneur to attend.

Most genuine business training in today's times. No single minute wasted in trash talks & content. the learnings are high value that even great business schools miss. This is the second time I am attending PACE. The first time I learnt the Fundamentals. But never implemented them. When called for the second time I was thinking that there would be not much learning. I came just to brush up my knowledge. But this has given me the emotion and fire to take action. Will do it this time and join mba next year. I need to focus on marketing and building a business model as a coach. Will definitely create a success story in the future.
