Rajiv has his uniqueness, he is a seasoned Trainer, his approach is good, the solution which he suggest and give, its really workable not a load for business owner.
Most i like it, i guess once I joined and it's done, but he hold hands for upcoming events, Traning, workshop. I loved it, also i learned again and implemented in my business. This uniqueness i find in this company ,Which i did not see anywhere its happening.

Learning the necessity of Business Growth. It made me to choose the key role & ownership and taking the responsibilities.

Rajiv Sir's PACE program has lots of learning about business specially for the younger generation who has started the business few years back in this competitive environment. The PACE programme has structured pathway; after doing this course one can understand where the things were wrong in his/her business and how to get the business into right track. This is my 2nd time in PACE programme, and both classes were fantastic and the one I did now have new learnings with same enthusiasm of Rajiv Sir and will repeat again next year with implementation of PACE programme learning in my business.

I have attended the PACE programme for the second time and the learning never seems repetitive because the life challenges keep changing and the applicability of the taught finds its implementation in the newest of ways.
I have understood the need for COURAGE this time round. Sounds simple but it's not that easy.
The next step identified is to get aggressive with Marketing and Sales.
Sometimes, a PUSH is needed without the fear of Falling. This time round, I have experienced this MASSIVE push.
