Extremely disappointed with @rakhi.com this Raksha Bandhan. Sent a Rakhi from the UK to India — it was never delivered and I received zero communication or updates. For such an important occasion, this level of service is unacceptable. #CustomerServiceFail #Rakhi #Disappointed. Try to communicate through different platforms but no communication from them. I'm totally disappointed with this what they have showed in pictures what you have sended the product is totally different and after I told them they are saying it's our policy that if your order product is not available then they can send another product from any confirmation from the customer.

i ordered rakhi for my brother in USA with proper address and phone number ,yet my brother hasn’t received any parcel cause of insufficient address. They really have bad customer service, before ordering they reply in seconds once you place order they take days to reply . i want refund . please since no parcel has been delivered.

This is my first time ordering Rakhi from your site. I had specifically ordered a Rakhi along with Kaju Katli, but I received Ladoo instead.

I had ordered Rakhi and chocolates for my brother living in Australia 11 days in advance. Later I got to know that my brother had not given the complete details as he has recently moved there (but which was important for the delivery). The team promptly connected with me and made sure that the delivery is done 3 days prior to Rakshabandhan!
Appreciate the effort and customer service

I ordered a Rakhi gift for my brother from Sydney to India, hoping to make the occasion special. But the whole experience was really disappointing.
My family received the Rakhi, but the sweets—which were shipped earlier—still haven’t been delivered. What’s confusing is that the website kept showing the order as “shipped,” even after the Rakhi was delivered. Then I got an email saying the order was “completed,” which made no sense.
There was no proper communication from the company. I only found out about the partial delivery when my family told me. I reached out to customer service, and they said they’d look into it—but after that, no one responded. There’s no proper contact number either. When you call, it just tells you to use their WhatsApp button, which doesn’t help at all.
The packaging was also really disappointing. I expected a nice hamper or festive presentation, but everything was dumped in a plain cardboard box with local packaging. The Rakhi message was printed on regular paper—not even a proper card. It felt careless and impersonal.
With Rakhi tomorrow and no update on the missing sweets, I feel really let down. This wasn’t just about a gift—it was about sending love and emotions across borders. Sadly, this website ruined that. I won’t be ordering from them again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Great experience

Very bad customer service. Immediately after placing order I realized that I made a mistake and I asked to cancel it because the website provides no such capability, but they said it is already processed. They just choose to ignore and not respect the customer experience. Most of the websites all around the world give the option to cancel and edit orders at customer will but only they do not. I will not be using this in future.

I had ordered Rakhis for Australia and they got delivered on time. This gave me confidence to order a small rakhi order for NJ USA which also got delivered. My larger order to Doral, Florida had a problem in delivery and Rakhi.com have kindly offered to refund the money back. They are a good option to order, well in time, Rakhis for overseas delivery.

My order was supposed to deliver days before rakhi but its been delivered today 5 days after rakhi. Won't use their service again.

I ordered Rakhi hampers for my family residing in Kolkata and Noida. Both the families were extremely happy to receive their hampers and sent me pictures with their biggest smile’s.
We are extremely happy with the method of ordering and the delivery process. Every item was delivered exactly the way it’s shown in the pictures. Quality wise there was no compromise made.
Very happy and will surely order next year again.
