Disappointing custom service. Ordered 2 rakhi for my two little nephews but only one got delivered.Nobody picks up the phone. Worst service. Disappointing!

I had a terrible experience following up on a payment which did not look like it went through ,but bank account showed the amount deducted .A terrible site . Would not buy/use again .

Booked the rakhi and dry fruits (200 g m each kaju, badam and son papadi)for the rakhi costing rs 1599 and these people has delivered only rakhi and sonpapdi.

This is really cheating. I want my complete refund and will never use your service again

They are big chor took 1599 and delivered item of rs 99 only with cheap gift paper. they cant afford a box too

This is fake company, just runs with some website. Never know when they will deliver. Don't believe these websites and don't order in this ralhibazaar website if you don't want to lose your money.

Nope! It is businesses like these which put customers off since they do not even know that they are taking in hand the matter of emotional value and not doing any justice to it. They promised delivery on 2nd August, 2017. I placed the order hoping so, but I receive an email regarding the dispatch mail on late evening 2nd STATING IT WILL BE DELIVERED ON 1ST AUGUST!!! Like what next year??? Called customer care but the call was placed in queue and got cut. 700 Rs gone bad. I am keeping my fingers crossed that it should reach atleast by Rakhi Morning.

These people are not delivering what you have selected and they are sending whatever available with them. I've selected two sets ,one is 4 set and one is 3 set.But for both they are not delivered chosen one.Its too bad.Due to high cost I expected good service from them.

I ordered Rakhi via Rakhibazaar.com, which got delivered to their own workshop. I was informed By call / mail that it has been delivered to the intended location. I am happy with there delivery service and quality, that's support team was very helpful.

Just few days back i had placed ordered a set of 2 rakhis online to deliver in US from Rakhibazaar.com. I was happy beco'z it was delivered on time with accurate delivery service.

I sent a rakhi to usa. They said address is wrong..fnp delivered d rakhi on dat same address... Really rakhibazaar. Com o'. A real fraud..everything year they start awid a new name n cheat people..who can stop them..is der any agency who can take action.. Last yr the. Had giftlove.com..

I ordered Rakhi via this site, which got delivered to their own office. I was informed via SMS / mail that it has been delivered to the intended location. Only upon confirmation from my brother I got to know it was not delivered. There was not much support from the staff on the phone call - no accountability taken whatsoever, and no reasons highlighted as to why this mishap has happened. I have been using fnp & archies for delivery, this is the first time I tried this site & it proved to be this unprofessional in terms of
a) The false notification of delivery
b) Unprofessional behavior of the staff

I hope the firm fixes its flaws or it will end up losing its customer base.
