I bought the leather Heritage Court II sneakers, and the leather started to tear at several places already after 6 weeks... while I had only worn the sneakers to office!
bought a black knit bear ski jumper from Coogles. I never wear the jumper. I wear it very rarely and the knit is simply falling apart. I have several Polo Ralph Lauren bear jumpers and this has never happened. I contacted Polo and they refuse to exchange or give me credit because I didn't buy it there but the product is still theirs. It's totally absurd and disrespectful to the customer. And the store is considered a luxury store.

UPS lost the returned packet valued around 500 eur. RL customer service only replied they opened an investigation and never replied what the result or resolution is. Still waiting for a reply.
Total silence does not equate to customer care - ordered a £350 jumper on the 30th Dec estimated delivery 6th Jan and no tracking info - chased by phone and email and no response - completely useless service and a disgrace to products which are generally very good

Have send 8 emails concerning a claim on a t shirt. Send from 2 different mail adresses, no reply what so ever. Have bought 8 orders from them this year, so I am very sad to have this experience
You call their customerservice and they are approachable and kind. Products original. Their return process messed up a little but in the end it was all solved.
Very nice service, no bad experience so far. Very cooperative customer service. They keep in touch. They exceeeed my expectation. My favorite online store. I will definitely keep coming back.
