Drove to Forfar to look at various ladders. Got good advice and settled for a wooden shelf ladder. Ordered online on the Monday and was delivered within 3 days. Really good quality, well built and now in situ and looks great. Got unvarnished so, as suggested on my visit, will wax to protect the wood. Really happy with my purchase.

I wanted a quality and easy to use loft ladder, what I got was a brilliant easy to use ladder, easy to install and quality is great, this is a ladder like they used to be years ago. It’s sturdy and well made , the cost is a little higher than the diy centre type ladder but it is worth it, my wife can use this ladder also which makes life easier for me,

Steven arrived exactly on time, and did a great job. I thought I'd lost access to my attic as the hatch door was far too hard for me to pull down, but he got it running incredibly smoothly in no time at all. He ensured that the oil didn't stain anything, and warning me of safety issues.
