Having previously bought a lovely and reasonably priced quartz work surface from them, this week we approached them to see if they could repair a very unfortunate chip. Today, they have worked magic and the chip is no more. Highly recommend for cheerful, friendlyservice and great value, beautiful oroduct. Thank you

I sincerely recommend this company, from the very outset of visiting the premises to look at worktops each and every member of staff was helpful, friendly and great to deal with. The product that we purchased was absolutely stunning and we are very happy with the look of the whole kitchen. We had the units templated and then a few days later it was fitted by two extremely friendly and professional guys. It was close to Christmas and I could tell that all 4 people that I had contact with were happy in their jobs and were treated very well by a great local independent company. Please use this company I highly recommend.

Rona was accommodating,knowledgeable friendly and of course professional.
Nothing was too much of an effort when we had to keep changing our template/fitting due to other trades holding things up.
The guys that turned up were brilliant..especially Donna and Issac...again...very knowledgeable,reassuring and went above and beyond.
Even Jack showed me how to removed limescale off granite.Time was not an issue yet their experience was beyond my expectations.
WELL DONE TEAM...I'll definitely be reccomding your company.

It all started well. I rang, spoke to Josh and told him I was in Bath (1hr 30) away and needed a large bedroom window sill.I sent a detailed email and viso diagram showing all that was needed incl posts to be cut out. Rona called and we discussed it and she said she would send a quote. The quote came and I was happy to go ahead. They sent Gary who had been in Warminster 30 Mins away to template. Two days later I get an email trying to charge us another £500. She said I had not told them I was in Bath. Untrue and so what? She then said we had not told her about the posts. Untrue. These were on the diagram and in the email. She said it was upstairs. Well it was a bedroom! Finally they would have to make another join to get it up the stairs. £500 for one join! She never apologised for getting it so wrong or offered a compromise. Ok they can change it after template, but 38% more. Very bad and dishonest.

I did extensive research into finding the right company who could achieve the look I wanted in my kitchen with the worktops, and also the service and communication was good.
Rona & Anne went above and beyond and installed an amazing quartz worktop (over £5K) which is simply stunning.
Everything from communication, delivery, fitting (took 4 men to carry the main worktop in, in one piece) to the aftercare is first class.
We have had the worktop for 4 years now and it still looks incredible.
We recently got them back last week to help us get rid of the limescale that had naturally built up around the sink area.
They not only removed this (using blades) but resealed, polished and rescaled the silicon as well !!
I have high standards and they definitely delivered in every way.
If your looking for a quality quartz / marble worktop, trust me, give them a call. I only wish I could post pictures of my worktop to show how good it looks (I got the main worktop with an extra thick look that took a lot of work to cut in and attach the side quartz to make it look seemless 8cm instead of 3cm thickness).
