I think it’s fair to say that estate agents have a bit of a public perception around them, and yes we’ve experienced this in the past, however this was not the case with Randal’s!

Simon went above and beyond what might be expected when he made an innovative suggestion to keep the sales chain intact.

This solution was great for the buyers and great for us and one which was easily implemented by the solicitors on both sides of the sale with little or no additional costs involved. Only someone with Simon’s rich experience of property transactions would have raised an option that is very rarely deployed.

In summary we wholeheartedly recommend Simon and his firm and due to his efforts all of our time and monetary objectives were met.

Working with Simon at Randalls was nothing short of excellent and very reassuring.
Our situation was complex due to having to sell 2 separate properties in order to buy our new house via Randalls. It was all fine until one of our chains collapsed! Simon was amazing, always being the voice of reason and also a fantastic conduit between us and the vendors, keeping things calm and on track. Our move in ended up being rather unconventional for a number or reasons, however it was all made possible because of Simon's expertise and professional approach.

It’s a huge deal selling your home but Randall’s were there every step of the way and really helped to get us across the finish line too. Exactly what you need in an estate agent.
