This was a very good walking week. The route was beautiful; the accommodation and the meals were excellent. The managers of the gites were very supportive and helpful.
We did the walk in extreme hot weather - temperatures well over 30 Celsius - so we started walking before 6.00 am - and again the gites were very helpful.
The final session in the thermal baths at Ax les Thermes made a great end to the week.

The trip was very well organized

Hotels, restaurants et transports très bien. Topo guide souvent approximatif (distances et temps donnés).

The tour itinerary was quite good. Accommodation was very good except one location, where we had just one bathroom for 10 people. Food was very good.
Unfortunately, the tour description (or the technical sheet) was very far from reality. It has to be accurate and also include daily walking distances.
The tour guide was providing a lot of information. However, if your French is not excellent, it was of little use. He had a strong eccent, didn't articulate the words, even had sometimes a cigarette between his lips while guiding

This was a well organised self guided hike along the wonderful coastline of the Costa Brava from Cadaques to Llanca. It was rated three boots, and we have to admit some of the days were quite tough, but nothing dangerous! As well as the maps and walkers notes we benefited from using the GPS positions that Randonades provided which we downloaded to our SatNav. Most of the routes were well signposted, but in or two places it was handy to have a backup. The hotels were all very welcoming, the food was good and the rooms clean and well appointed. Our bags were there every afternoon when we arrived, and at the end of the week the taxi turned up on time to take us back to Cadaques where we had left our car. Would certainly book a hike with them again.
