Today I visited Randox in Cork for my routine blood tests, and I had a great experience. Sanjivani was extremely kind, professional, and caring throughout the appointment. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly, providing all the information I needed.

I found the entire process excellent, from booking the appointment to receiving the test results. Everything was smooth and efficient. I would definitely recommend Randox to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.

Nazdana is the reason am leaving the review. Her customer service skills are exceptional. I only wanted a single blood test and after a number of back and forth email exchanges with Nazdana i understood i needed the EveryMan complete health check. Nazdana is true asset to Randox. Excellent experience and I plan to share with friends and family.

Communication with this company is HOPELESS, you have a test, then much later after you have eventually figured out how to see the results, you get an Email saying that some results were not correct and a new test is needed Doh !

OK so you Email back, no reply, you check with customer services who say reply to the original Email! (like what you did?) you Email back still no response. At which point you think maybe it would be better to have dealt with another (ANY ! ) other company.

Here goes with another Email to both addresses plus the person who did the original test, maybe they can agree among themselves as to who books you another appointment.

Avoid contracting with Randox at all costs. I bought a thyroid panel that cost me £60, paying for 5 biomarkers. The results were severely delayed; I would spend up to half an hour on the phone trying to find out what happened to my test. After a full week, the results finally arrived, even though Randox's website states a turnaround time of 24 hours.
And that is not all, the report arrived incomplete, missing the most important biomarker. I called, they escalated my complaint, and they told me that biomarker wasn't even available, offering me a discount if I book with them again.
This is the absolute joke, such a terrible, disorganized company. I paid for a service, didn't receive it, and they won't even refund my money. PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE RANDOX.

Second post: About Randox response 👇below, it is lie, they didn't not contact me me back my last email, they just offered a discount in my next appointment,but I don't want to put any step again in Randox.Cero interaction until now August 13th-2026 and they are not going to contact me back anymore cause they don't want to refund my money, they didn't solved my issue. They just answered stu-pid random things to the costumers here in trustpilot and if I can to rate my experience again about Randox answer below 👇 I will give cero Stars

I booked a day off work and made an appointment for my mother for 14.00. They phoned to ask me to change it to 10.00am, which I did. We turned up, nobody on reception, no one around at all. We waited 20 minutes, Eventually I managed to get someone’s attention who told me they were holding interviews and he would contact someone for me. When the lady came out of the office she told me there was no one available to do bloods that morning as apparently there is only one person on duty and that person rang in sick. It was an absolute waste of time and very poor communication. I am now awaiting a refund as I paid upfront online. I would not recommend this service

I was greeted by NAZ (Nazdanar26) who was very friendly and helpful, she was very professional and made my visit quick and painless.

Randox health Glasgow should be shut down.Went in Thursday morning at 1120am to get a test. They had the rest of that afternoon and all day Friday.Closed Saturday and Sunday.Monday at 10pm and still nothing from them shocking service.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received.
I paid almost £400 for the Everyman test, which was advertised as providing results within three days. Four days after my appointment, I received an email stating there had been an issue with my samples and that I needed to return to provide further samples.
I replied to the email immediately but received no response. I then contacted customer services, only to be told that there were no notes on my account and they were unaware of any issues. Shortly afterwards, I received a text message saying that, due to unprecedented demand, my results would be delayed and that I would receive an email when they were ready.
The communication has been completely inconsistent. One message says there is a problem with my samples, while another says the delay is due to high demand. As a paying customer, I expect clear and accurate information, especially after paying nearly £400.
I have no complaints about the staff at the clinic itself they were professional and helpful. My issue is with the company's poor communication and failure to deliver the service that was advertised.
Advertising results within three days and then failing to honour that timescale without a clear explanation is, in my opinion, misleading and unacceptable.
If I do not receive my results or a satisfactory explanation very shortly, I will be requesting a full refund and will not be using this company again.

Avoid at all costs if you're doing from Kensington! Done my blood test and it's more than 3 weeks already without any results.
Was promised my body composition report will be available on the same day but it was not uploaded. I was supposed to go back and give another sample 3 days after. When I went there for it, I asked about the report and they had to find it from somewhere to upload. This is the only thing I have in my reports now. I even feel like they haven't sent my blood for any testing .
Customer care just gives empty promises of resolution and escalations. No one bothers to contact you back nor do they give any updates.
As part of the tests, a doctor (GP) calls you to discuss the results. The doctor called but even the doc was unable to find any results or was able to give any reason for the delay. Doctor said they have already escalated this from their end.

It's such a shame. Spent a fortune on this blood test and no one has the decency to help or update us. When calling customer care, make sure you have nothing planned for the day. You will stay in the queue for hours to be given empty promises. Feels like the queue is that big possibly with people just like me facing the same.

Highly frustrated and upset. Will not be using them again!

It was really easy and straightforward and Joshua the nurse. Just a lovely guy. Some nurses you get nervous but yeah really straightforward

I am a Randox customer myself, which is why our family booked their Everywoman check for a family member in July. We had bought the identical programme from Randox nine months earlier, so the comparison is between two of their own reports.

October: 62 pages, 18 panels. July: 28 pages, 11 panels, 23 blood results in total. Seven panels missing outright, including the full blood count. The heart panel arrived without a single cholesterol result. The inflammation panel contained one test.

Randox's own email admitted the report was incomplete and promised an update "as soon as the remaining results are finalised". That was two weeks ago. Since then: three phone calls, a live chat, and two emails. She was told twice it had been "escalated", then told that if she wanted to complain she would have to write in again and start over. No explanation, no case handler, no date, no appointment.

We had also booked and paid for a private GP consultation to go through the results. It had to be written off, because the results did not exist.

Every one of the brush-off emails carried a footer inviting her to leave a Trustpilot review and offering 10% off her next Randox purchase.

It was my first time visiting Randox in Manchester today, and my phlebotomist Viktoria was very friendly, efficient, and made sure I felt in good hands. Will certainly be coming back for future appointments!
