Great experience and nice service

I am a bit appalled with the treatment we have been getting, it is really hard to get answers and the systems are super fragile and bad. All documents are in Italian for such an international project, it's not possible that I am the only person having issues. I am an experienced professional and I dont think I am getting treated as such.

I came to Italy to work for Milano Cortina Olympics games with Randstad but the experience wasn't great the make travel on the 7th to my place of work even I didn't had the official document of the Italian tax code but I had the number. After I sent them the official document when I received the duplicate they told me that I won't be paid from 7th but from 15th of January while I was already working and I had expenses.

No communication, no support once you sign the contract they completely leave you by your own.

Oh the good part when your manager call them and they said to her to tell me to go back home oh yes sure 2500km away who's going to pay the ticket? Lucky that my manager was there to tell them that it wasn't correct what they were doing.

Be prepared when you start to work with Randstad Italia, of course not everyone is bad but this my experience with them

I reached out to this organization via email to explain my situation as a non-Italian seeking job opportunities in Parma. I included my CV and asked if they could recommend any companies or resources for someone who speaks some Italian but is not yet fluent.

After receiving no response for two weeks, I followed up with a phone call to request an appointment and speak directly with someone. Unfortunately, I was met with dismissive and rude behavior from the staff. Without reviewing my CV or understanding my qualifications, they simply told me it would be "impossible" to find work offering no advice or alternative resources, even though I have been called for interviews in the past and it is possible, multi international companies do look for fluent English speakers.

I found their attitude unprofessional and their unwillingness to even consider my case very disappointing. I understand limitations exist, but basic courtesy and effort to provide guidance especially from an organization that presumably exists to support people should be the minimum standard.
