Rapid Fuel Rescue Reviews

He was friendly, quick and professional. Did a great job! I now have a fixed car! ☺️

So i did the obvious and put uneladed in my diesel tank, I called Adam not really knowing the process, but adam was quick to give me at ETA and when he arrived he was such a friendly guy and put my mind at ease. He explained every part of the process and got me back on the road in no time!
I'd highly recommend this company 👌

Adam was amazing, dropped everything and was with us within an hour, and we were back on the road within 45 mins. He was friendly and professional, answered all my questions, and explained what he was doing, and what would happen, and why including what happens to the fuel he took out.

Adam was efficient friendly and put my mind at rest when I made initial contact
Was a little difficult as it was for my wife who had put petrol in diesel
Described her location, contact details were swapped
He rang her to keep her updated on his eta
Job was carried out very professionally on what was a busy A road
We both belong to the AA but needed a dedicated service
So glad I made that decision

Well, where do I start. Being now one of 3% of people, I put leaded into a diesel car. Didn't get very far but three young men pushed my car to a safe place.
I called rapid and within a couple of hours, my knight in shining armour arrived-Adam. What a savoir . Sorted my car and it's actually running better than it did before. What a fab service and a big thank you,

Adam was great. Very fast professional service. He was with me in less than an hour and my van was fixed and on the road 30mins after that. I highly recommend him.

Really superb service from start to finish very nice chap who went above a beyond to help in a very stressful situation. Thanks again

Adam is a top Pro, got me out of a pickle, thank you very much so appreciated.

A great service. Arrived promptly did a great job for a correct price. Hopefully will not need his services again, if I do I won't hesitate to give Adam a call.

I am so grateful for the service that we received from you. Very good customer service and very engaging throughout to kick all guilt out. God bless you.

Adam arrived within 40 minutes of me calling and had me road worthy within about half an hour. Very friendly and professional, no judgement for being daft and offers a 14 day guarantee on the job but I've had no issues at all and car was operating as normal straight after the treatment. He's got top of the range equipment, all tested and calibrated and his van is spotless and well cared for which, (in my experience), tells you he takes pride in his work and will do a quality job. Obviously I hope I don't make this mistake again but can't recommend his service enough.

Absolutely brilliant service. My stupid mistake putting diesel instead of unleaded in my tank. Adam was efficient and professional . He came very quickly and was thorough & explained everything. Thank you for getting me back on the road. Excellent. I would highly recommend Adam and his wonderful service.

VERY QUICK SERVICE GOT THE VEHICLE BACK ON THE ROAD NO TIME MANY THANKS

Adam came to my rescue in about 20mins from call then back on the road just as quick .
Very professional and helpful, reassuring me i had not damaged my van and once he was finished it would run as good as ever .
His work was clean and tidy, with a foam pad on the drain hose to protect the vans paintwork.
Cant recommend Adam enough.

Adam was very polite and helpful and Fixed my idiocy of putting petrol into my diesel car within an hour!
Amazing service⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Thank you so much Adam 🙂 Really hope I won't see you again for the same reason 😂

Adam was professional, efficient and friendly. He gave us a time slot in which he would come, when he found he was running late he sent a text to update us which was really appreciated. First class service. Thank you.

Totally perfect service from Adam, heartily recommended. Very attractive guy also!

Excellent Service - Speedy and Friendly. We have a Diesel VW Touran. After I Put about 20 litres of Petrol in our Car. I knew I Couldnt just Drive Away. I Walked across the Road and Spoke to John at are Our Local Kwik Fit If They Deal with Draining Fuel from Cars. He said No. But Gave me a Number to Call. Adam arrived within 25 minutes of our call, Adam Turned up in His Van On board with Specialist Equipment to Drain Fuel, Flush hoses etc. He added Fresh Fuel and made sure Everything was OK. We were on our way within an 30 mins of him Arriving. Highly Recommended.
