Delivery took way too long! I did not get my package and now I am out of the country for 2 months. Their delivery partner is terrible.

The 6 packets i ordered of straight and…
The 6 packets i ordered of straight and premium tape in extentions in 60cm got very frizzy and would not dry straight after i washed them for the first time. I blowdried them on low heat and followed all other instructions.

The web site is not so good
The web site is not so good. Difficult to find what you want...The products are mixed. It has been better i you first choose type of extantion, then quality, then length, and if you have shoose tape, you can have ordinary and seamless shoose. The same for the product. It took me long time to put the correct item in the shopping bag
