Roaming around on the internet i was happily surprised to discover the site Rare Puzzles. Eventually i ordered 4 puzzles. Ordering and payment went smoothly and the puzzles arrived within a week in good condition and well wrapped. Contact with the manager in e-mails was very pleasant and correct.
I recommend this site to everyone.

I have purchased 36 puzzles from Rare Puzzles since February 2019. Titles no longer manufactured or stocked by other dealers. Many are used puzzles but a number of factory sealed/new also become available. Jorge, the owner, is very helpful with queries, checks the number, condition of pieces and boxes and describes them accurately together with other information of the actual puzzle, on his website. Each open and factory sealed box is wrapped in thick cling film then bubble wrapped and packed in a strong cardboard for transport. When an order is placed, Jorge responds with the shipping cost before payment is made. He keeps you updated at every stage eg when the parcel has been collected by the shipping company (took less than a week to the UK even during the lockdown). All in all I am very happy I found Jorge's website. I was hesitant initially as I had never dealt directly with a non-UK based website. But I need not have worried - every parcel has arrived intact and beautifully packed, payment was exceptionally simple as made through my bank in pounds sterling. And the puzzles are fantastic!

I came across Rare Puzzles during the Covid-19 pandemic. Shops were closed and puzzles online were scarce and extremely expensive. Rare Puzzles, to my amazement, had a great selection of quality and interesting puzzles to choose from! Prices were more in line with reality, and Jorge (the site owner) was very knowledgeable and happy to answer my numerous questions before my eventual purchase. Shipping to the US took a bit longer than I expected but that's not a reflection on Rare Puzzles. I go back often to see what's new and will continue to recommend Jorge and Rare Puzzles to anyone who asks.

This is the place to go for quality puzzles that avoid the garish and childlike. Delivery was efficient and the puzzles were very well protected.
