RateMD's advertise that they don't accept payment from Doctors to take down negative reviews. FALSE. That's because they remove them free of charge. Well that is if the Doctor hasn't paid for a subscription with them, so they are infact paying, to remove negative reviews. So what you see in the majority are completely biased reviews, so no wonder people are getting the wrong information on Doctors to treat them, and reporting the horrible experiences encountered as a result.

This places receptionists are the worst and so rude, they don’t care about your financial situation, even tho I have made so much payments they keep harassing me to make full amounts which I can’t afford to do and they won’t let me see the doctors for my very serious health issues which I’m in pain for, they have no understanding and are very bias :( very disrespectful and distressing the way they talk to you makes the stress even worse considering there is a financial crisis happing in Nz they have no consideration for the mental well being of their patients but doctors are very wonderful.

Public Health Warning as I didn’t want or need any surgery from this butcher and his registrars on the 19/4/2023!!! I was fully mobile, no locking, cracking of L- knee, swimming, walking and NOW fighting for my life. Westmead Public Hospital don’t care. Disabily Pensioners used as Lab Rats. Ryan O’Keefe, Samuel Johnson Registrars a horrific example for Budhikka’s training and treatment of Pensioners!!!Avoid this criminal!!!

I was admitted to NHH Hospital with trouble breathing. The ER doctor Dr. Harrison Bishop put me through a series of tests including a CT scan. He discovered that I had several pulmonary emboli in my new transplanted lung which had previously passed the month assessment by another team. I remained in hospital for 8 days until the blood thinner level was within range
Dr. Bishop is an excellent doctor is not condescending with a great bedside manner. I highly recommend him.

I should have checked Trust Pilot before trying to write a review on RateMDs.com Not only did I have a negative experience with Dr. Leventhal a Gastroenterologist @ Naugatuck Valley Gastroenterology Consultants, but the RateMDs.com DID NOT POST MY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. The RateMD site is unreliable. They are biased supporting doctors who most definitely should have their licenses revoked. I TRUST... TRUST PILOT. Trust Pilot posts negative and positive reviews. I just read here that other people have also had the same biased treatment from RateMD. So deplorable!

-Dr. Aleem Lalani was the outstanding surgeon who did a right rotator cuff shoulder repair on my husband, about 6 months ago.

Prior to the surgery, my husband was in the utmost intense pain, could not perform many of his daily living activities, was unable to play sports and had to “sleep” upright daily, with his arm resting on an elevated pillow! In all honesty, hubby was in so much pain, even with pain medication, that he rarely ever got a good night’s sleep. It was not a good quality of life and I felt helpless watching his joy for life diminish.

We were very fortunate to work with Dr. Lalani and his excellent office team. At the initial medical appointment, we were absolutely impressed with the doctor’s knowledge base, calm demeanor and humble attitude, mixed with a self-assured confidence. We truly knew in our hearts that we would be in good hands! I do think that some of the previous office staff have been replaced because the current team is awesome! Appreciate them!

The surgery itself was excellent. There were no complications and Dr. Lalani had prepared us well for what to expect for recovery. He gave us honest feedback of what to do and not to do to have continued healing and success for the right shoulder repair. Post-surgery, my husband was so surprised that he felt a huge improvement in his pain level so quickly. He was slowly able to sleep better, start to improve in all aspects of daily life and start to do light exercises that Dr. Lalani and the physiotherapist recommended.

We have only the highest regard for Dr. Lalani, his dedication to his profession and his true passion to help his patients achieve the best surgical success possible. It is truly a gift to watch my husband hug his children and his elderly parents, which is something we will never take for granted again.

You are a true blessing Dr. Lalani and a gift from God.
We will be eternally grateful to you and your team!

I made excellent all the way down for Dr Aman Jafar and the ratmd.com system defaulted to lesser ratings on the stars. Once these errors were posted ratmd does not allow for change. This is extreme negligence and should not be allowed to defame a physician.

Worked for a doc the wife kept making accounts to counteract the bad ones every time. They were accurate complaints most of the time!

Very dishonest website and I can assume corrupted because all negative reviews about our and other people experience with the same health professional were deleted. I noticed that a couple of reviews were restored, unfortunately it was deleted again some time later. I do not think it is trustworthy website. Be careful with the positive rating of some health care workers because it is not tru.

I went to see one of the top rated psychiatrists on the RateMDs.com website 3 years ago, and gave him a bad review. I noticed there were also many other bad reviews.
Now, 3 years later, I see that my bad review is no longer there, and the other negative reviews have also been removed. This gives a totally false idea of this particular practitioner.
I have reported this to RateMDs.com and have not heard back from them. For that reason, their website reviews are not to be trusted.

I wrote an honest review on how terrible I was treated by Dr Sathish Rajasekaren after arriving at my appt. on time and it was removed. I’ve asked for a copy of my letter and an explanation for its removal but have heard nothing back. No honesty here. They even blocked me🤷‍♀️

I just wrote a good review to a doctor and is not post at all. However, I saw bad reviews about same doctor that were post. It is bias.

They removed all the bad reviews from the page of a scammer and left only the 5 stars reviews! Even in their FAQ they say that they remove the negative reviews! Do not trust it!

Two crowns and a filling done at the same time without any sort of pain. I really liked the fact that they review and explain the options and costs with you before starting the procedure.
