RAV VAST®

I have not received my drum yet as the order just went in today, however, my experience over the past two days with the Rav Expert team has been great! Positive, helpful, personal. Each person I chatted with was responsive and gave me lots of helpful information about the drums, their characteristics, and they have made soft suggestions to aid my decision process. Drums are made in Russia at RavLabs. They have a North American warehouse site in Pennsylvania, so shipping is less expensive. Also returns possible to change scale if needed at no cost to customer. Overall, so pleased with Rav.

I just received my new RAV Drum, and it’s absolutely stellar. The sound and resonance are spectacular...rich, deep, and incredibly immersive. Every note feels alive and perfectly balanced.

The new Indigo finish looks amazing in person and elevates the instrument even further. It exceeded my expectations on every level, both sonically and visually.

On top of that, the customer support is truly next level...responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. You can feel the care and integrity behind both the instrument and the people who make it.

Highly recommended!

This is my second Rav. These instruments are amazing, the sound hypnotic, beautiful and good for the soul. I can just play what comes to mind or songs and riffs. It’s just so fun. I’ve had no issues with ordering and they’ve kept in touch all the way

I recently was introduced to and purchased a Rav Anima. The sustain for the chords is amazing ! As I come up with questions the customer service has been incredibly helpful ! Great experience all round ! Can't wait to receive the new drum ! A new adventure with this Rav community !

Great customer service from beginning to end. Helped with choosing, invoicing with better promotion and correcting shipping charges. Always responsive and following through the process of choosing my ravvast. Thank you again for making it a smooth experience.

I gave away a wonderful RAV VAST almost two years ago because I'm small and getting older, and the RAV was a lot for me to carry around.

I've just ordered a Rav Moon and I think it will be perfect. I'm thrilled to have this music back in my life.

Support thus far from the RAV team has been second to none. Very much appreciated !

I love Rav
I have G Pygmy and B Kurd .
They come with me in every concert and sound journey or when I play music for yoga classes.
Its fun to play them and also brings depths and beautify the present moment

This is my 1st experience with RAV Vast and with steel drums. This team is very supportive through the purchase stage and after. I have no doubt I would get a response with questions at any time. It arrived in timely fashion and sounds amazing even with my lack of music theory background. Discovered that finger taps will require some practice but that’s A-OK! It’s still fun and rewarding finding my own new melodies.

This company has produced some amazing instruments. The RAV Vast tongue drum we bought a few years ago has been a delight to my wife, so much so that the only thing she wants for Christmas is the Indigo drum. Her current RAV drum has given her hours of enjoyment and I am looking forward to her enjoying her newest drum equally.

I had a great experience. I lost my signal a few times and I managed to reconnect. Elena was very professional and helped me place my order and was very patient with me losing Internet. I am very excited for my drama and very appreciative for Vast and Elena who did an excellent job thank you.

Wonderful products and excellent service. I could not ask for morel

Wow! I just received my Rav B Celtic Minor 432 Htz. I have had it for about 10 days. I LOVE it! It was eveything I was hoping for. When I sit with it and harmonize, my entire body becomes relaxed. The soothing resonance of this drum, should be experienced by everyone. Thank you Rav Vast team for such an excellently crafted tool. Be Well.

Awesome instruments with an amazing sound!
I love it and can’t wait for the new RAV Anima :)

Any communication with Rav has been responded to quickly and their quality craftsmanship and innovation are what hooked me to buy their newest Anima instrument.

Amazing creators of amazing instruments!

At this point still haven’t received my order.

Very disappointing experience.

The shipment was heavily delayed, and the information from customer support was inconsistent and unreliable. I was repeatedly given delivery ETAs that turned out to be completely wrong. Each time I asked for an update, I received a new promise that wasn’t kept.

Delays can happen, but what is not acceptable is giving customers false expectations and mixed information. Instead of clear and honest communication, I was left guessing about where the shipment actually was and when it might arrive.

Has now been well past a month since the last tracking update.

Overall, the lack of transparency and inaccurate ETA promises made this a very frustrating experience.

Will update this review accordingly.

As a proud owner of two RAV drums, I can attest that the quality, sound, and beauty of these instruments are truly outstanding. The craftsmanship is exquisite; the deep, resonant tones and rich harmonics create a genuinely immersive and meditative experience

This one will be the third Rav i ordered (E low Pygmy and A Integral 432Hz) and I am excited to listen to it and play it.

Thank you for creating and making those instruments !

Andrey Remyannikov is an inventive genius. I have over a dozen RAV Vast drums and practicing on them is like taking a spiritual sound bath. Global demand of the new Anima drum launch has caused delays due to production capacity challenges, but ultimately I take that as a sign that more beautiful vibrations will be projecting into the universe in the near future. Delivery estimate updates fire out at a comforting cadence. Their 5-star musical products are matched by 5-star customer service.

Had a fast and great service with Elena, I am just waiting still to receive the tutorials link
