RAV VAST®

This is the single greatest gift I've ever given myself. I was completely blown away when I opened the box. It's a stunningly beautiful drum that seems exquisitely handcrafted. I'm in awe.

The sound, mine is a G Pygmy, is like magic and it's so fun and relaxing to just play around the drum. Magic is the best word I have for it.

It's the coolest "thing" I own and I couldn't be happier. I look forward to years and years of play.

The company itself was great to work with also. I have zero complaints. Highly recommended.

I love this company! Wonderful, kind and supportive crew, extraordinary good, unique and well balanced instruments, so all in all and in every perspective I can recommend the instruments and the company. Thank you Rav labs for your contribution to the world of music! A happy and content customer who just received the beautiful Rav Moon Ariumi 🌺💚

Such an amazingly beautiful instrument. Customer service was fantastic, the website is really good at helping you pick out the right instruments. I bought the D Celtic Indigo Vast and I couldn't be happier.

Customer service was great, Kate did a fabulous job! I love my B Rus Rav Vast!

Such an amazing insturment! The customer support was amazing too! :)

I had bought a little too much at the time and customer support corrected it. I have both my Moon and Rav now, and they both sound amazing! I'll keep practicing and surely be back for another one in the future!

The RAV team went above and beyond to ensure I received my RAV, and helped in overcoming all shipping and customs imports issues. Fantastic group of people, and a fantastic product! I am so happy with their service and the product! Love it!

amazing instrument with amazing people behind him ❤️

The company is as amazing as the instruments, do not hesitate to reach out to them if you want to buy another drum and see what offers they have. These instruments are so expressive and magical and are on this planet for healing and not just entertainment. Well don’t everyone at RAV I’ve followed you since the very start.

Rav Drums are amazing! I have several different scales! The Rav Vast team offers great support!

I received my RAV Vast in the G Pygmy scale earlier than expected. The logistics are super efficient, and a consultant supported me throughout the entire purchasing process. I'm very happy with the instrument's sound; it's deep and smooth, resonating in every space and allowing me to meditate.

I purchased Rav moon Hijaz with Slava guidance and I'm very much pleased with my new instrument
I own an E Low Pygmy from Rav and it goes great with my new moon Hijaz

What better way is there to discover that one of your most recent sound healing tool finds has a US based Warehouse distribution center than at midnight on a Friday?

From the moment I found their website I started checking out all the different styles of RAV drums via their virtual player which was done quite well. After winding my choices down to two I realized that I had a notification in my inbox offering me the assistance of a personal guide named Slava. With the help of Slava we were able to not only talk about our hopes and dreams but workout an amazing deal for two of their drums. To say I was over the moon to purchase my very own RAV vast and Moon drums would be an understatement.

The entire process was streamlined and effortless. Within 6 days of ordering, the first RAV vast B Celtic double ding drum has arrived and it was packed impeccably as well as beautifully received. Upon successfully taking it out of its packaging I noticed that the drum seem to hum with all the potential music I will be playing with it. An awesome touch was having a separate well-made container for the handmade mallets themselves as well as a very well made bag for the drum itself complete with magnets to keep the straps organized accordingly.

I am still waiting on the second drum that USPS may have fumbled to no fault of RAV vast, but once that arrives it's game on.

I am looking forward to incorporating these wonderful instruments into my sound healing sessions as well as my music projects in Ableton.

10/10 would recommend again and again.

I received a RAV Moon with the Celtic-D minor scale as a holiday gift, and have been VERY happy with my purchase. I use a lot for personal meditation and giving sound baths for others, and the drum has a gorgeous sound! The sustain is surprising for such a small drum, and the harmonics are a unique feature. Customer support is responsive and kind, and the small team means that outreach is very personalized!

FINAL UPDATE:
After two weeks of radio silence I was finally able to get in touch with a Customer Service Manager who resolved the issue immediately. The drum arrived today safe & sound.

I’m still incredibly disappointed with the initial customer service I received, but the second round of assistance was great.

The drum, as always, is incredible!

ORIGINAL UPDATE:
Currently dealing with radio silence from customer service regarding an unfulfilled order placed on 4/25/25. Order status has been stuck as “confirmed” for close to a month, and customer service stopped replying two weeks ago. My previous EIGHT purchases were all exceptional experiences; this one is embarrassingly terrible.

While I’m still in love with the drums, this transaction leaves an incredibly bad stain.
Hopefully leaving this review will prompt someone to actually reach out to me to resolve this issue. I’ll update again if that actually happens.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Fantastic drums, fantastic company! I’ve bought a handful over the years & every interaction I’ve had with the company has been top notch. Shipping is quick and the drums are packed nice & snug. Also, their sales and customer service teams are always friendly & helpful!

The Rav Drums are the most beautiful sounding tongue drums/hand pans available. I have several different scales and playing them is meditative and healing, just a joy. The Rav Vast team gives personal attention in inquiries and during the sales process, and there is a community of players who share music pieces and tips on cleaning, storage etc.

Very responsive. Fast shipping. Perfect condition tongue Pan. One of the most beautiful tongue pans I have ever played have been Rav Vast Tongue Pans. I can’t say enough good things about them. I bought my first in 2017 and I received my most recent one a few months ago. All of them are in perfect tune. Even the older ones never went out of tune. Fantastic product and great customer service. I highly recommend Rav Drums !

I now own multiple rav vasts and these instruments are just amazing. They instantly sound great no matter your Music level and have a lot of room to sound even better as you learn more about the instrument. By far the best steel tongue drum on the market.

I love playing my RAV drum! The feedback I have received is what is that - its so beautiful. It is so easy to play and creates such magical melodies. Highly recommend.

I would give 6 stars if possible!!! I have made two orders at this point, the first I've had for a few months and I love it. It said 7 day delivery and it came in 4 days (conveniently came on my birthday too lol). This time ordering I spoke with a RAV Vast agent to get a free bag on my order, but wasn't aware of this deal in the past. This order was for my brother so I was kind of jealous he was getting one and not me lol, so I asked the agent if I could get one too if i provided proof of my order and they added it to our order!! Fantastic customer service, very kind, and very fast delivery. Thank you RAV Vast! :)

From the ease of the web site to the follow up with the sales team on shipping to receiving my RAV Vast G Pygmy, the whole experience was absolutely wonderful. The sound of the Vast is amazing. This was the 3rd RAV for me (2 Vasts and 1 Moon) and I plan on getting the A Integral soon.
