Better Than Noodles EKO comes cooked in a smelly water, that smells like fish and gives us diarrhea! I tried to clean up with boiled water nothing!
P.S. today May 6th, I got an e-mail from Trustpilot saying that Rawfoodshop was asking for more information to my review be taken as "genuine". I kept the paper order that comes with the purchase for their regret! here order number: 100688418 Date: 05/03/2025 It's not up to me to prove anything to Rawfoodshop is them to ask where do I want my money 148 kr to be refunded to!

THE PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY ARE EXCELLENT. THE DELIVERY PACKAGE WAS VERY SECURELY PACKED AS THERE WERE GLASS JARS AND OTHER SOFT MATERIAL INSIDE. I AM HAPPY THE SHIPPING OVER 500 KR IS FREE. THE ONLY THING I HAVE NOTICED IS THAT MOST PRODUCTS SEEM TO BE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN SIMILAR ITEMS FROM OTHER SELLERS, EVEN THOSE ON "TILBUD". HOWEVER, THEY ARE BETTER SO THAT IS OK FOR ME. Food is good.

Excellent website and had a good experience while ordering. I did not face any issues. the delivery got delayed a bit than expected. sent an email to customer service and the response is delayed. in the mean time, i have received my order. the pictures shown in the website and the items that i received same. Disappointing experience
"Discounted prices" are the same as normal prices at other places selling their products. They don't show the lowest price in the last 30 days as is required by Prisinformationslagen for discounted products.
"Premium quality" nuts (for example almonds) are same or worse quality as cheapest supermarket nuts (a lot of broken and chipped nuts, small sizes, a lot of halves), but much more expensive. I guess Swedish people don't know what is "premium quality".
Some nuts are okay, and their almond butter was good, but the overall experience is disappointing.

We have an outlet, a so-called factory sale, where prices are always discounted and that is allowed.
Since we sell food, the same price rules cannot be applied there as on, for example, clothing and electronics, as the best before date can vary from week to week and is not included by the ''Prisinformationslagen''.
We follow the law and do not lower/raise prices before 30 days have passed unless the product requires this, due to a short best before date or if there is something else about the product that means we cannot sell it at that price.
We work to save food and therefore sell certain products in our outlet that are fully edible instead of throwing away edible food! 🌸
Our quality of products is high and so do many of our customers.
If you had a less good experience, we are sorry to hear this, but we are glad that you still liked some of them. 🌸

Normally i love this store but my…
Normally i love this store but my latest order which I ordered the 21 january has not yet showed up. It is clearly lost in transit but i have yet not received Word about a replacement or refund from rawfoodshop eventhough I have sent them several emails. Parcels get lots all the time and this is of course not the fault of the store but how they handle it when this happens is what that matters the most for me as a customer. They dont even tell me how long I need to wait. Sadly I now recommend to not shop at this store anymore.

All products ordered from Raw food shop were great. The mixed fruit & nuts were not over salted and oily. I ordered a Kilo of this and thought that it would last longer.. hahaha it’s so good once you start you can’t stop!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! They gave me the wrong info about the chamomile essential oil, sent me another product with a totally different species. When questioned, told me that "only" the label was wrong, but I could use the product. And refused to send me the oil chromatography. Irresponsible company!

Excellent customer service. First, my order was processed and delivered timely and I loved everything that I purchased. Second, my order qualified for free shipping but I accidentally clicked on a paid option. Customer service was prompt in issuing a refund on the shipping fee! I will be ordering again soon.

I have tried twice to post this recension about this product and it looks like “they accept” just positive recensions:
“I purchased black cumin oil about a month ago. It has a very strong tea tree smell and taste (I’m allergic to tea tree oil). Also every time I open the bottle it makes a sound and is bubbly like fermenting. The costumer service assured me that is not tea tree but still I have hard time consuming it.
Not recommended!“
