I ordered a pair of heelys today and paid by PayPal. I then got an email from Rawk stating that there is a problem with my order and when they checked the box to dispatch it had 2 left feet and there are no more left of those size so Rawk offered me a refund to which I accepted but since then I have had no response to say the refu d has been done. I have tried contacting them via emails and online chat but have no response what's so ever. Very poor customer service. I feel like this company is a scam outfit. All I want is my money back. Let's hope they respond or else I will report them for stealing.

I am revising this - it seems they trade under different names i.e Skatehut/Skatesale/Rawk. I give three stars as it would be easier for communicating if we knew this. Son very pleased though as his board has arrived!

We ordered our sons board on Friday and we’ve not received any details about delivery it’s a gift that we were hoping would arrive before Thursday. Are you able to provide an update please? Have used live chat (We reply immediately) and emailed with no response.

I bought a stunt scooter and expected to receive it on 2 October. I have emailed twice to seek an update on delivery status with no response. I cannot find a telephone number. I don’t really mind when it arrives before 18th October but want to know status. Very disappointing.

Wanted some skates shipped to Australia emailed them and David emailed me straight back and helped me through the purchase process.They are a great company to deal with highly recommend.

I ordered a pair of roller skates and wrist guards on the 28th Nov. Delivery was (2-3 days). 15 days later I have not received these goods.
I have tried contacting RAWK online, but have received no response from them. I have tried phoning them, but it goes to answer phone. I have left voice mails, but have had no reply from these either.

I have now cancelled my order and asked for my money back via the online form. Not sure if this will just be ignored like my previous attempts to contact them.

I would be very wary using this company presently. Try phoning them to see if you can talk to someone. I haven't been able to.

Well RAWK have now acted very promptly and refunded my money. Not sure what has happened to the delivery (DPD are one of the better couriers).
Shame RAWK couldn't have got back to me this quickly using the other means of contacting them (RAWK online and telephone)

Super fast delivery, photo proof of delivery as to different town. Great product. All in all would use again and recommend

we have been buying skates from Rawk for some time now and as always highly satisfied with both product and service, speedy delivery, can't wait to see Granddaughters face Christmas day.

Great design. Easy to use and a whole lot of fun! Also the delivery was a good service came the next day with no issues.

I placed an order on the 19/11, over a week later I emailed to find out where my order was as I had a dispatched email for my item to arrive around the 22nd. I have not received my item or a reply to my email!!!

After a mishap with my delivery the customer care team sent me a new pair, they were very fast and friendly and im sure the boys will love there crimbo gifts x

The choice on this site is phenomenal and the service was brilliant. Would definitely recommend it. In fact it was recommended to me by a friend and I was not disappointed.

Good service from Rawk, fast delivery and quick to respond to email regarding returns if Heelys didn't fit when Santa Claus delivers them! Will not hesitate to buy again from Rawk again.

Item bought as a Xmas present so hasn't been used yet but it arrived promptly and looks great.

Received superb quality roller boots for my daughter, in super quick time. Hassle free and will definitely recommend to friends.

Ordered Heeleys, arrived the next day.
I then needed to exchange for larger size so used the free Click & Collect service and have now received the new ones. Straight forward and quick service.
