By far the WORST e-commerce experience I’ve had in my life. Do I think they have great products sure, but if you have to return something be prepared for it to take an act of congress to get a refund.... See more

I am a collector of the MLB batting…
I am a collector of the MLB batting helmets and ever since they went to this new Mach Pro style helmet they have become careless there are scuffs on the helmets the paint is missing but most of all they do not know how to put a dang team decal on the front of the helmet straight my gosh a little thing like that and they can't do it maybe those people would be best as a Walmart greeter. There are companies selling this new Batting helmet and even they say so many customers have complained about the helmets for every reason i listed above. I even sent a helmet back to them to fix the paint and i clearly stated "PLEASE MAKE SURE THE DECAL IN THE FRONT IS STRAIGHT" and they still screwed it up what a shame they don't train their employees on how to decal a helmet.
I will never order from Rawlings.com…
I will never order from Rawlings.com again, even though they are the only brand of cleats I can wear. Ordered two pairs of same size - got one pair adult, one pair TODDLER. Returns policy said to use the enclosed return sticker - which wasn't included in the box. Emailed TWICE, no response. Finally called. Took half an hour after the phone call for the return label to arrive. Returned the shoes a week ago, still no evidence that I will ever get my money back. Will be calling tomorrow to MAKE SURE that my (tracked) shipment has arrived and that my money will EVENTUALLY be returned. This is the worst customer service ever. NEVER again.
Horrible communication
Horrible communication. I ordered a glove that was in stock. Ordered embroidered name. That was June 6 or so. It was for a July 7 birthday present. I received nothing regarding shipment or timing. So after 4 or 5 weeks, I emailed and was told it takes 2 months and would ship 8/3. 8/3 comes and goes.. Nothing. Emailed them twice this week still nothing. So I read other reviews. I Love how businesses are using COVID to justify horrible service. COVID has nothing to do with the lack of updates or returned emails. This is all Not to mention that when i ordered this glove there was no mention of it taking 2 months or more to ship.
Ordered something from a 3rd party…
Ordered something from a 3rd party vendor but didn't see it on the Rawlings website. I called their customer service and spoke to someone who took the time to find about a product and let me know that it was still in development. The CSR encouraged me to send an email for further information - so I did. I received a response within a couple of hours! The item I ordered from the 3rd party vendor did exist however, had not been approved for release at this time. I appreciated the communications from both the phone CSR and email representative. I am looking forward to when Rawlings will release this sports performance product.
