This was our second Raycross experience. We had no hesitation in trusting them to carry out work to the highest quality and on time, even while we were away on holiday. They have now created two bathrooms and a master bedroom for us and we have been delighted with every aspect of the design and installation.

My new kitchen is wonderful. Many thanks to all involved, your professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding. Most of all, a big thank you for showing such concern that I was pleased with everything.

Whilst we had an idea of the kitchen we wanted in terms of layout Raycross were extremely helpful in providing help and advice and suggestions of how to improve the basic kitchen we wanted. They were very knowledgable and took the time to ensure that we were happy with all aspects of the kitchen from the layout, to units and work tops as well as appliances.
As we were having building works undertaken by a builder the liason by Raycross with the builder was excellent and were kept informed at every stage of the process.
The products provided by Raycross were excellent and we were very impressed by the professionalism of Raycross from the moment we entered their showroom to comletion of our new kitchen.
We would not hesitate in using Raycross Interiors again.

I walked through the showroom door with high expectations and I wasn't disappointed. The Sales team very friendly and attentive and took time to explain and run through a range of options to meet my budget. We had several consultations and once we'd agreed on the final design were impressed with the
"virtual kitchen" demo .
Each step was professionally handled, from ordering, to delivery to installing.
There were one or two small issues that cropped up after, but the after sales care was faultless and everything got resolved with minimum fuss.

I had my bathrooms done by this company a few years ago. The actual workmanship is fine and the bathrooms looked nice. However, when the final bill came it came as a shock as there were extra costs of a few thousand pounds (well over 10% of the agreed amount ) on top of the contract that was signed. I had not have any extra work added on top! The new bathroom ceilings were not painted showing bare plastered surface. The upstairs toilets was fine for the first year, after that they are constantly blocked. One time I had to call the plumber out to unblock the toilets almost every week or fortnight. Eventually I obtained a drain rod plunger to unblock it myself! It is again blocked today....sigh.
I would not recommend this company.

We were extremely impressed with the time and attention to detail given during the planning stages of the kitchen. It was project managed very smoothly and we were kept well informed as to the progress of the work undertaken.
The work was completed, within the given time frame, to a very high standard by a team of extremely competent builders who were a pleasure to deal with.
We are delighted with our new kitchen and have had no hesitation in recommending Raycross to others.

At all stages of the work from initial discussion, design & implementation, I found the team very professional, friendly and easy to work with. I particularly liked the initial visualisation of what the kitchen might look like and then their attention to detail throughout the process. It is that attention to detail which adds that extra finish to any kitchen. Also, given that I am someone who struggles to visualise something until I see it physically built, I appreciated the design ideas and especially the feedback on the pros and cons of various design ideas I dreamt up! I have no hesitation in recommending the company and they would certainly be my first stop in the future. I would recommend Raycross Interiors.
