Poor quality from an alleged premium brand

Have owned a RW watch now for a little over a year. It has never worked properly and has needed repairing 3 times. For the money no where near the quality expected. RW disinterested. There are better watches available - avoid.

Poor quality

I spent £1300 on a RW Parsifal watch last June. This will be the 5th watch we have purchased between us in 10 years and I have two RW watches myself. We've never had any problems until this one. Every time my husband flies long haul the watch gets condensation on the inside of the face. It's been repaired once and yet it is doing it again. RW are not interested. I will be looking into my rights under the SOG act to see what I can do and then enlist a solicitor to help get my money back. Very poor show at considerable expense.
