Helpful sales associate, not judgy or pushy.

Great salesperson

Large selection of couches. Salesperson was able to locate the specific furnitures setups that I found online.
Additional discounts were added to the final billing. Great experience and kudos to Chris in assisting us

Even though we waited until shortly before closing time to enter the store, Chris Buddock greeted us cheerfully, took us straight to the areas we needed, and gave us very personalized attention. My son needed a bed, mattress, and pillows. Chris gave him very helpful advice and had him try out several mattresses, until he found the perfect one. We bought the mattress, pillows, and sheets but couldn’t decide on the bed, and Chris made it totally painless for my son to come back a couple of days later without requiring me to make another trip. What a lovely experience!

We had the pleasure of working with Sonya to purchase a chair. She was pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. She allowed us a chance to view and try the many selections of recliners. We never felt rushed or pressured but she was available when we needed to ask questions.

Going to Raymore & Flanigan was going to be simply a "look and see" while we were going to another store for a confirmed reservation later in the day. We were first greeted by Gladys who knew the inventory extremely well. The store's selections were outstanding. We ended up buying much more that we expected and that was due to Edison, one of the managers who was exceedingly wonderful assisting with Labor Day sale pricing. We also had the tremendous pleasure of dealing with Kelly, another store manager who flawlessly assisted in providing additional and OUTSTANDING customer service. Obviously we canceled the other store's appointment and now know that Raymore & Flanigan is the FIRST and ONLY furniture store to shop due to the truly wonderful staff!

Great customer service and great staff service

Our sales people Chad and Kimberly were professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. We found exactly what we were looking for and purchase process was effecient.

Our consultant Tom Seeley was attentive and listened to our concerns and what we wanted. We completed our order and were in and out in less than an hour! He was friendly and respectful of our time.

We were in and out. Salesperson, Walter was perfect. Stayed close but wasn’t ganging over the top of us. Did not pressure us.

Your salesman wouldn't listen. He wouldn't show me the items I wanted to see. He told memory foam was latex. Hit script was cute but not on topic. Totally different agenda. Shame is, I had money in my pocket and was 99% sure I would buy that day. I found what I wanted on-line and bought it. The salesman wasted my time, and from your perspective his time too. Double bad.

It was an easy and good experience. The sales women so very helpful and patient with us.
