Plain no extra. Sale agent heard we just bought a house and moving to the area. We came in on the Saturday evening and he showed us the bed for my daughters. No extra push or offer to incentives to get a deal or to sell us on any other need or want we may have? Service sucked!

I thought Chris was very helpful and professional to assist with item and getting a discount on picture greatly appreciated

We were given a window for the delivery of as mattress from 8:15am to 11:15am today, Sunday 21 March 2021. The mattress never arrived. I called Raymour and Flanagan in Lake Grove and was told that the delivery was postponed to Tuesday. No one let us know of the change. The person on the phone told us that the person who sold us the mattress should have called us, but never did. This is unacceptable.

I felt he was very good explaining everything about the products she was very professional

My desk is a month late at this point so I'm not very satisfied. I was given no reason for the delay and no hope that it will actually arrive on the next date they gave me which is in 2 days. Very disappointing.

Have issues with seat cushion and have to wait two months for an inspection. Sales person was extremely misleading and wouldn’t do business with again. Even told us we wouldn’t have to make a payment for 6 months since we were approved, only to find out that wasn’t true either.

I purchased an expensive bed mattress and headboard set, unfortunately, it was not the right items, the height of the bed was too high that I have to climb up on top of the bed, I had a bilateral knee replacement. I went to the showroom and tried to seek help to solve the problem, but the manager was not kind enough except the sales associate. Anyway, they were not accepting to return the headboard set as I compromised to keep the bed mattress. It was too frustrating and pricing was too high compared to other store. Please be careful purchasing an item, the showroom displayed looks good that you will attract to purchase right away. Be careful and donot persuade the sales talk from Sales Associate.

One of the things I love about my experience in NYC The Bronx Baychester location is that the sales woman Abby kwen the layout and the inventory. I came in looking for a living room sectional in a specific color and she kwen what sectionals came in that color and it's location in the store. She was also very patient with me, given me ample time to decide. I felt no pressure at all even though I might have taken about two hours to decide. She left me alone and attended to other customers coming back ever so often to see if I had anymore questions. I ended up purchasing the Mackenzie six pieces recliner with right facing chaise. I left the store felling grate about my purchase and having no regrets.

Great customer service and they will very professional abs quick to assist me with my questions and the confirmation regarding my purchase.

Called two times to complete an order and to see if I could make a payment over phone rather than going to the store. I was placed on hold for long time and no one came to phone. I had to hang up and going to complete the order in person.

All I have to say is poor communication and wrong information!!

Im very disappointed, but whne yiu spent just about $8,000, you expect quality!

Im giving 1 star because of following:

1. My mirror has a defect
2. I did not receive a queen size mattress, as ordered
3. The dootboard is loose, so if you brush pass it will move.

When I discovered this items, i immediately emailed, customer service and my sales person, who has yet to get back to me since 9/16.
I've spoken to at least 7 cust reps and warehouse workers. They sent someone to look over my items and I was told, to purchase stoppers for the legs of my bed. He also, told someone would call me in a couple of days. No call, so I went into store, that rep was going to contact warehouse and call me back. No call, so a few more days later, I called store and was told they would speak to manager. She did however tell me the mirror is supposed to to come in around 2ndnqeek of Nov.!!!! This insane, especially because my bill just arrived and im not hold!!! I should return everything! By the way, I have everyone names and dates of contact, this is NOT good service. And I should not have to spend so much time reaching out.

I will no longer be a customer, nor will i refer anyone to this store!!!! Im still waiting on call back to get my issues resolved!!!

Had a good experience in Raymour store 9/19/20. My sales rep. Was pleasant and knowledgeable about the mattress I was looking for. Have bought several pieces of furniture from this company before. Always happy with my purchase.
