Joe Lovullo was so kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. This was our first time buying furniture and Joe made it a wonderful experience. We will come back to this location for Joe in the future.

Edward Ruef was very nice and helpful - he was not pushy or constantly hovering which was nice. He let me look around on my own and gave me direction as to where I might look for what I wanted. I bought a beautiful couch at a great price and the whole experience was very nice.

Let me first start off by saying our salesman, Robert, was great.
We decided to purchase a 1,000$ recliner for elderly family members. After only having the recliner for 4 months, it stopped working. It took an act of God to get them to schedule a service person to come out. After 2 1/2 weeks, the repairman came out and told us what we already knew: it’s broken. Now we wait AGAIN. And there’s no telling how long this time is gonna take…

Had a great experience the second we walked in and was greeted by Kaylee Perry. She directed us in the right direction and helped us with everything that we needed for our new furniture. She was amazing with great customer care and service. Highly recommend her for all your furniture needs.
