The bed broke on the first day after delivery just from someone sitting on it, left messages to have it fixed, no one would call back, finally after weeks we had someone come to fix it and he was here 5 minutes and said he couldn’t fix the bed. No one has contacted me about it after emailing asking for a replacement.

not worth your time and money, crappy service and have to chase them for updates or followup and then he give you BS. i am not recommending anyone who values service and money, the most disgusting service and help rendered , and the funny thing they know its messed up and they won't fix it rather make the customer suffer. i am taking this to the media so everyone know what to expect

i would never recommend anyone to buy anything from this place as i have an issue with my recliner and i have been contacting the center and they always as usual gave me run arounds and the first time the guy came to inspect he told 48 hrs someone from the service would call and no one called even after 72 hours, so called the store and told to wait another 48 hrs and still no response , then called again after 72 hrs and was told that the ticket was closed and the manufacturer felt that it was as designed and then later on another appt was schedled and again the same thing was taken pictures etc and still no response its almost 72 hours and no response. this is Utter crap service and we have to chase for updates. Not worth the money and the time

We received coupons at home from your…
We received coupons at home from your store for 15% off and we bought bedroom furniture from you guys last year and then we went to store to buy another one and they said we cannot honour this coupon in store as it says on coupons online and instore and also we spoke with manager at store about this and he said we are outlet and if we have have to use this coupon we need to go to store and coupons doesn't mention it and this is not right for customer and would never buy furniture next time and rather goes to Bob's furniture

Amazing experience
My experience at Raymore Flanagan was amazing. I was able to pick what I needed with assistance and advice and direction. Richard answered all of my questions was amazingly patient because I changed a few things took extra time with me. Just a very, very nice person. I would recommend him to anyone that would ask me where I bought my furniture. I still have other items to purchase so I will be back.

Everything. A nightmare with sales sending me to a number of websites that eventually crashed my computer. I gave my correct phone number twice but it was typed wrong which created non ending "we do not recognize that number:.
Plus the price of the chairs was one price and then increased overnight.
This whole situation lasted over an hour.
Not to mention I was Hung up on and sales sent me to voice mail twice and I left a message twice and they were not returned. I am not happy.
