I bought a $3300 mattress a couple of…
I bought a $3300 mattress a couple of years ago and had Raymour & Flanigan inspect the mattress because of the ridge in the middle I would roll to the end of the mattress. They came to inspect the mattress and saud it was in specs. I can no longer sleep on that mattress. I will no longer purchase any furniture at Raymour & Flanigan, where most of my furnishings are from. Extremely disappointed.

The in store experience was perfect
The in store experience was perfect, I felt comfortable and prioritized with Richard. I ended up cancelling a purchase made with another retailer and ordering with Raymour instead and feel that I got a much better experience overall. I appreciated the showroom, was nice to have the feel of a bedroom setup. The 'white glove' delivery left more to be desired. I was told after I asked for one of them to take their shoes off that they aren't allowed to and footies aren't allowed, either. Not my experience with white glove delivery service from other retailers, and am disappointed I wasn't aware of this beforehand because I would have gotten drop cloths out, easier than treating carpet and a new wool rug.
