Need to fire the store manager ASAP
Need to fire the store manager ASAP, guy is not helpful and talks to you like you’re beneath him. Furniture is too pricey for what it is. Salespeople were ok, they can’t help that the store manager is rude and there’s no delivery dates available

Nasty Unprofessional costumer Service
I ordered 13,000 in furniture at the show room in the saleman David was amazing, His costumer service was a 10 out 10. The delivery service was horrible each time. They were disprectful nasty while men. They had to move my own dam furniture I purchased from them across the room after having a spinal fusion 5 months ago. The first delivery the driver hit a tree and damage my furniture . I had to take another day off from work to move my own furniture . I called the store 3/5/26 while they were in my home. The manger Patrica at the Yonkers store did absolutely nothing to assist . I have purchased many time from Raymour, this is really shocking that after you spend your money to be treated like this , I’m sure even this review Josh will continue this acceptable behavior , Please aware
