Her decorating expertise and helpful suggestions made it easy to furnish my future home. Nothing was too much trouble, she took the time to explain everything and make sure I was happy with my selections.Nothing was too much trouble.I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Poor Quality and Customer Service
I was a regular Raymour and Flanigan customer, but this latest incident will end my relationship with them. I bought a couch 16 months ago from them, and last week, the stiching in one of the pillows came out. Looking at the pillow, it is obviously a flaw in production, so I went to Raymour and Flanigan to see if they could replace the pillow. Instead, they said without the extended warranty, they would not look at it. 4 months out of warranty on a pillow. If your quality is not good, make it right for a customer who has bought and will continue to buy.

Now they will never see me again or my dollars. Over a pillow.

Pleasant furniture shopping experience.
Maya greeted us and quickly understood our tastes and specific needs. She took us to 4-5 specific pieces she felt we would be interested in. She then left us alone to discuss our likes/dislikes. She came back providing us with pricing/ information for the pieces we preferred. We then departed. No pressure or demands for name and address.
We called back a few hours later and ordered the furniture we had selected. Maya was a pleasure to work with. Nice selection of chairs in the styles we preferred. (better than many competitors)

Raymore & Flanagan In Person Service
I went to their South Hampton PA store and saw a sofa for $3200 that I really liked. I waited 15 minutes for a sales person to show up. So I called the store from inside the store, and I saw people in the office area and none picked up. So I left, I just purchased the exact same couch from another store and got great service. I will never shop at R&F again!
