This is the 2nd time when ordering/purchasing items from R&F that there has been a $.01 discrepancy as determined by your company. The 1st time my order was not delivered and there was no notice or explanation until I reached out to find out why it had not been delivered. The 2nd time, at least I received an email to let me know that there was again this discrepancy. This is unacceptable and the order has been canceled. I will say though that this time, Lisa at the West Springfield, MA store was very kind and helpful.
