The delivery team was polite and prompt. No issues with the delivery process.
One item was not there, I called the store and they told me it was damages en route to warehouse. Otherwise all went well. Chris, White Plains store manager very polite and helpful.

He was extremely knowledgeable about each mattress and was able to answer all of our questions. Unfortunately, we ended up changing our minds after purchasing a mattress and was very understanding and professional. He was a pleasure to work with and we would certainly return to R and F to purchase furniture or mattresses!
