I purchased a dining room set and was supposed to receive it on Thursday let the games begin come to find out the table was not in stock but they wanted to deliver the chairs and the bench to my home while I wait for the table to be shipped to warehouse how stupid was that so in the meantime Mike the manager tells me that 10 tables where coming in and hopefully one would be attached to my order come to find out he told me that none of the tables attached to my order and therefore I would have to wait for the next shipment of tables to come in which was 9/3 he was so coe about trying to help me as a customer I had to contact corporate to find out what was going on and that I wanted to move forward to not get the dining room set but all the while Mike told me a different story about the table which he told corporate 30-40 tables where coming in he is a deceitful person who should not be in customer service, everyone is not customer oriented at all. However; it is so ironic that David the sales manager was so accommodating that he found a complete set for me and I had the dining room set delivered on Saturday wow what a big difference of someone going out of there way for you. Second issue they play games when it comes to refunding/crediting your credit card I have been contacting corporate and Mike to find out about my credit for my delivery fee due to a mishap they did corporate is rude and put you on hold and Mike told me I had to wait 5-8 business days to get a refund most companies refund/credit your account but they did not have any problems financing my furniture for $1,300.00 but they want me to give them a survey on how good the service was I don't think so, Please if you are ever in the store in York , PA do not deal with Mike horrible customer service skills. David you were so helpful and pleasant to me i cannot say enough on how you worked wonders to get me my dining room set. Lynana very good sales associate she was very nice, helpful and pleasant to work with me, but unfortunately I will never purchase anything else from this store I am done you do not treat me horrible as a customer when spending money in your store.

FYI IF YOU EVER NEED A CREDIT BACK ONTO YOUR ACCOUNT, THEY DO NOT DO THAT IN THE STORE THEY HAVE TO GET APPROVAL FROM COPORATE HORRIBLE POLICY. BE CAREFUL HOW YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY IN THE STORE. ACCORDING TO MIKE THEY DO NOT RETURN FURNITURE.

Delivery was on time to the very minute!

Nice selection of quality living room sets

The service is friendly and you are not pressured. The atmosphere is very homie and you can see the quality is of high standards. That is what attracts me to the store.

My 95 year old mom and I visited the East York, PA store on June 10, 2026. She was looking for a recliner/lift chair. Tyreik Jackson was FANTASTIC! He took a lot of time with her, was patient, and allowed her to ask loads of questions. He let her take four chairs for a test ride, asked great questions, and made a final recommendation. She decided to make the purchase. I know her interaction with him made all of the difference. I recommend Mr. Jackson as well as other staff people there. They have always been five star with me. I'm glad she had the same experience! Also, delivery is in two days! A total success!

I did not order anything from Raymour & no one answers the phone there to address this fraud issue.

Bought a sofa at the York Store about a year ago, the cushions came apart, they were replaced, now they look like they're 10 years old, we purchased extended protection, I've been told no less than seven times now the problem would be fixed, nothing, had a service tech at my house this last time, nothing..These people have the worst customer service of any store I've ever purchased anything from, buyer beware they are horrible.

Alba was amazing! She took the time to help me find what I was looking for and showed me all of the options available. She also let me know when something I liked didn’t fit the dimensions or offer the other requirements I needed.

Store clerk was respectful. Did not overbear.

Lousy service. Never again
