We dealt with Jose at the W Spfld…

We dealt with Jose at the W Spfld store. We loved the fact that there was no pressure, very professional and friendly. Gave us time to discuss and kept checking back in. Ultimately helped us close the deal!

I'll never buy anything from this place…

I'll never buy anything from this place again I bought a sofa and recliner from them I bought a extended warranty I have contacted them at least six times about fixing both of them and they just keep blowing me off so don't spend your money on a extended warranty it would be a waste of your money

I cancelled an a repair appointment…

I cancelled an a repair appointment multiple times as we had a death in the family. Called, spoke to someone and was told as set and I would call and reschedule the appointment. Yet. I keep getting emails confirming the appointment I had cancelled. Called multiple times to make sure the appointment was canceled.....and your repair men showed up at my house on the DAY of the funeral!!!!! It has been rescheduled to July 17th never ever have I had such a terrible time getting through, telling me it was cancelled and then have them show up with no one home except our babysitter and they had her jumping up and down on the couch to see what the problem was. I don't want a repair I WANT a NEW Couch...this has been ridiculous Please advise

Your salesman wouldn't listen

Your salesman wouldn't listen. He wouldn't show me the items I wanted to see. He told memory foam was latex. Hit script was cute but not on topic. Totally different agenda. Shame is, I had money in my pocket and was 99% sure I would buy that day. I found what I wanted on-line and bought it. The salesman wasted my time, and from your perspective his time too. Double bad.

Worst customer service experience I’ve…

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the single worst customer service experience I have ever endured. Trying to get a straight answer out of this company is impossible. Every person I was transferred to spun a different story and couldn't even provide basic information. Instead of actually doing their jobs, they string you along with false promises of follow-up calls that never happen. Their communication is non-existent, and their customer support is a joke. Save yourself the massive headache and take your business elsewhere. Avoid cherry hill location 1000%

Friendly greeting

Friendly greeting. No pressure. We browsed, took our time and salesperson was there when we had questions and we were ready to make our purchase.

The sales person

The sales person, Hayley Brumm, was wry helpful and insightful . She really helped us to pick out both a dining room set as well as a couch and recliner . The entire process of purchasing the furniture was also pretty easy . Thank you !
