Had a great experience getting our new boiler supplied and fitted by RBHM. I found them helpful and thoroughly professional throughout the whole process.
Ryan was great turning up bang on time and explaining exactly what was happening. He tidied up once the job was finished and everywhere was left nice and clean.

I needed a new boiler as my one broke and RBHM were recommended to me. The quotation process was quick and simple, with a variety of options to choose from, and the install went smoothly. The engineers arrived on time and were polite and friendly, got cracking on with the job and gave a thorough explanation of everything once it was all done. Very happy with the results and would definitely recommend.

Engagement pre purchase was really helpful and professional. During the boiler and Hive install the engineer was really friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Product delivered as expected and functionality explained well. Price was competitive and I have subsequently taken out a service plan to protect and extend the manufacturers warranty.

Ryan arrived on time and what a pleasant bloke he is. Chatty, efficient and he was so good I gave him lunch. Fitted my new boiler and after clearing up left me with an excellent impression, thanks Ryan, you do yourself and RBHM a lot of good.

I like that it was put on time.What i dont like is the warranty that the boiler is covered on our agreement it was 12yrs.then later found out after installation that its only 10yrs!

We recently purchased a new boiler system from Rbhm.
Our whole experience, from the site survey to the installation, and commissioning, was a pleasure.
From phone conversations with various people in the office, to the installation carried out by Ben, and Nick, we could not have expected anything better.
They were punctual, tidy, and polite throughout.
Our installation was in a block of flats, and great care was taken to keep everywhere clean, and not annoy our neighbours.
No hesitation in recommending this company.

Appalling service for boiler cover. I was on the gold membership and I had a leak problem from the bathroom .
They sent two engineers none of them fixed the issue and the second engineer completely ruined my bathroom.
I downgraded the cover to bare minimum to keep the warranty. I just tried to book a service and was offered 29 of December which is totally unacceptable. That is nearly two months.
The install was ok although they got the wrong radiator sizes and all sorts of small issues. But for the boiler cover is not worth it.
After paying the whole year I m unable to get an acceptable date. Is not worth it so I ll be going to BG

“ Your service reminder was then sent out as normal in September, you responded in November to try and get booked in, the next available date we could offer you was in December.”

To comment on their comment is that the reminder was sent 30th of September and I called a month and a few days later. I still find it shocking not to have any available dates in 6 weeks for someone who already paid the cover.
In regards to booking services 6 months earlier than it was supposed to be back in June I didn’t find that to be ok as the previous boiler service was done in October the previous year.
And again The comment shows the lack of customer care! I called in November because I was working away! Not to “try” to book straight away! I think this company totally forgets who the customer is and I regret employing them for the install and for totally waisting my money on a cover when they don’t have the engineers to actually do the work.
Sadly this is very clear

Quotation process was efficient. They had someone look at what we needed quickly and pricing was provided within hours.
The installation was completed when they said it would and was done with minimum fuss. All in all, a very pain-free process.

We had a new Worcester boiler installed at a price competitive to others . Good and prompt communication from Matt which made things much easier. Colin carried out the survey in good time and Rick installed it efficiently.
Documents posted as requested.

We were extremely pleased with the service given by RBHM Ltd when we needed our boiler replacing. Service was efficient and prompt. They communicated well regarding the work and Ryan, the staff member we dealt with was very charming and courteous!

Very efficient installation by an experienced crew

Customer service is excellent. A representative came to my house prior to installation and talked me through the options.
On the day two young guys rocked up and did a cracking job. No radios, no breaks just got on with it and explained how it all works.

Had my boiler and cylinder replaced by RBHM. Very impressed with the fees and service! Came to survey my property within 24 hours and whole job complete within 2 weeks. Very friendly - on hand to answer all my questions, and installation was superb. I'd definitely highly recommend them.
