Great experience! Bought some sandals to be sent to England, as I couldn’t find this model anywhere else plus the price was great, as they were on sale. They were dispatched on Monday and to my pleasant surprise they arrived to England next day Tuesday! Beautiful shoes and packed safely. It was my first time buying but for sure I’ll be coming back again, thank you very much for your outstanding service!

I have placed 2 orders. One on June 12 the other on June 14th. I received an email that my order was received and that's it. No other communication at all. There is no way to track what I ordered. I have emailed twice. I will be contacting my credit card company.

Fast delivery and perfect packaging, but I’d rather be able to choose a different carrier than FedEx, which is a bit inconvenient in Germany.

Nice leather and nice, simple form. Spacious for every day use. You can make the strap longer but I wish you could also make it shorter. Shipping was pretty fast and good packaging.

Incredible experience. My wife wanted a Zanellato bag that was sold out on Zanellato.com,and I needed to find someone trustworthy to order the bag from.

After looking over a couple options of where to purchase this specific bag (Medium Postina in Denim/Leather), I came across RBoutique.com.

As the company was new to me, I did a little research and found that they have brick and mortar boutique stores in Italy and learned the story of the founders and the family business (The R in Rboutique stands for Ratti).

All of that being said. After ordering, I received confirmation immediately, and shipping information the next day. I received the handbag a day later (2.5 days after ordering! internationally shipped!)

Just an incredible experience from start to end.

Oh, and I didn’t even mention that I reached out to ask questions about the product and they responded quickly (within 24 hours). Again, I’m in the US and they are running stores over in an Italy and still made time to communicate with me in a very timely manner.

I couldn’t be more impressed, and would recommend these fashion curators to anyone.

Beyond all expectations.

I have seven charges on my checking account starting in Nov. and ending in Dec. for $ 8.73 weekly. I had to cancel my bank card to stop these charges. Don't know who you are and what kind of company you are. I did not authorize this weekly charge. Can u pass this email to the proper department. I am disputing this with my bank. I wish a refund.
