The team of Eileen and Jon did a great job. I enjoyed working with them both to create a great experience for the two borrowers. The loan # is 43852, Since one of the borrowers was a doctor and the other a professor, it was critical to provide fast and efficient service so their loan could close. This loan was referred to me after the local bank was not meeting borrower expectations.

In the end, the borrowers and the realtor created delays and made contractual mistakes and we kept the closing together.

I usually don't write reviews but i was blown away by the excellent
service I received from RCN. As a new investor, I really wasn't sure what to expect but you guys made it so easy. It all started with Steve Ballard, the moment I spoke with him at a real estate event I attended, I knew that I wanted to work with him because he was so professional and very knowledgeable about process. As the process began, he referred me to Tyler Marsico. I spoke to Tyler majority of the time and he always had an answer to every question I had and always returned my calls every time I left a message. He definitely took majority of my stress away. Tyler, you are the BEST!!! And finally my loan officer Thomas Bjunes. Thomas worked diligently alongside with Tyler to push my loan forward and I was able to close right on time. You guys are amazing and I can't wait to do more deals with you and also brag about you guys to others. Thank you RCN for making my first flip possible.

The Service was excellent. I was very impressed as this was my first time.

Don't ever, i repeat don't ever do business with them. I believe with no doubt that almost all of these nice comments here are fake reviews because i dealt with them and it has been the greatest mistake i ever made.
I have never seen where it takes over 4 months to process a refinance because it won't even take up to half of that to process a new purchase with a Traditional bank. Besides, there is still no closing date in sight and they stopped communicating.
Lies upon lies they keep telling me about the current stage of the Loan and at some point, they decided they needed to do a second appraisal after 3 months which they asked me to pay for and for which i refused.
i wanted a cash out and they told me after over 3 months they can't do cash out but can only finance what is owed...what? are you short on funds? Don't deal with this company if you don't want grief and headaches and more importantly, don't deal with my assigned officers George Ross and Devin Lee. I requested to be assigned other officers but it fell on deaf ears and these people won't pick up calls. They pick up calls and open my files when they feel like it. And why did i wait that long for a refinance? Because they keep telling me i'll close on Friday. They told me that for at least 6 Fridays. And i wrote a review like this before and took it down because they promised to close that Friday too. I guess i was just too trusting while they were only selling false hopes.
FYI, My initial closing date was Nov 30th 2018 and i am submitting this review Feb 15th 2019 and still haven't closed on a REFINANCE LOAN.
Stay far away as much as you can if you could.
UPDATE;
Just found out they closed my account. Can't long in to know status. Didn't even get a call about the loan anymore since i gave this review. Says a lot about their transparency.

Eileen goes above and beyond to listen, and go to battle to get what I need to insure I can be successful in all areas of my Investments. Thanks Eileen!
