“Beware – Paid ₹14,000, Got Delays, No Calls, No Commitment!”

Paid ₹14,000 on 31st July to Rajesh Patil (Infinity Systems) for a website, promised in 2 days. Delivered late, ignores calls, only replies on WhatsApp, and skips scheduled meetings. Even after my request to adjust for a medical appointment, he didn’t show up. Completely unreliable — lost my trust and but he lost bigger business deal of another 2 more purchase. Now he keeps messaging, but we are not interested to continue with him. Not reliable and trustworthy

Hosting was also included in the package. They even went to the extent of saying that they will refund me the money if im not happy.

I made part payment and they promised to send me first look. They send me a template from a website they had designed for another company. Inspite of sending them a structure of the website along with information on my company nothing was added to website they kept promising they would do it. Made me pay balance amount and claimed website was complete it was totally incomplete i just got a template where i had to fill in all the information myself. Finally to get website running i got in another designer to design all the pages that they needed to upload, they first said promised to do it. Then refused to cooperate with me. Asked them for a refund which they refused to give claiming they provided services for amount i had paid for. I could send them a legal notice they didnt care. I finally had to hire yet another company to complete my website. I was taken for a complete ride, neither was hosting nor ssl certification included. I had to pay for it seperatly. They took me for a complete ride.
