Rubbish service and with a change of policy will no doubt go BUST within 6 month as at least 99% of customers will not renew. Plus anyone that criticised the company Gets abuse from a dumb 6 year old that doesn’t know how to spell. Lol

It's dead but they are still taking peoples money with no visible way of a refund.

Was a good service until today. No longer will work with Kodi as Real Debrid have closed all links to torrent sites enabling use on Kodi. Trying a new provider and works just as well as Real Debrid in fact it’s way better. No doubt Real Debrid will lose 99% of their customers. A dumb move by Real Debrid.

Good try but Real Debrid you forget you have to verify with trust pilot that you have an account with you like the other posters on here you’ve accused of being fake. Before trust pilot allow a review . Shows what a load of crooks real Debrid are.

There was some sort of a workaround, so it came back up to a degree but dont expect this service to be as it once was. Also they refunded me quickly and effectly so bumping to 3 stars.

Top class company bring in loads off links never a problem ppl leave bad reviews because the have no clue how to set it up think just pay and thats it realdebrid is top class and has being for years 10 out of 10

This is the real deal. Been using them for years now. Don't hesitate. Just know what your talking about if u leave a review or buy the service. People give a crap review because they don't know or just want it for free. They are legit. Thanks Real Debrid

I signed up for an account and after the API they gave me did nothing in a few apps I tried, I uploaded a torrent file that I currently used with a seedbox and it did not download a single KB of the 25 gif torrent. The torrent is active and was seeding to people, just as it is right now. This service is a 100% scam

I have been Using Real Debrid Now For 2 Plus Years. The biggest criticism is the lack of customer service it is Non-Existent, apart from the stupid help section that is no help whatsoever.

Today I put in some links (Yes The Hosts Are Up) the links are generated but none will start downloading. I am unaware of any business that provides 0% customer contact. Please provide some sort of contact, if we have a problem you can be at least be made aware that there is a service glitch

Amazing, have never had a single issue

Used it for a few years now, its quite straight never needed any support. Price is more than good, Some of the file hosts goes up and down at time but they aways come back. There are some which has daily limits however that you have to watch out, otherwise I am happy with it.

Encountered data loss and service outages with using real-debrid.

It seems they have plenty of time to stalk critical customers online.
I don't think a reputable company would need that, at least I have never seen one.

Definitely avoid this one, if you ever have issues they won't help, but it seems they have plenty of free time but want more money, normal people just go working for that.

Great service, good price

Does it even get any better than Real-Debrid? I have been using them for roughly 5+ years and I have NEVER had a single issue. Their speeds are faster than any other provider by far! Their prices cannot be beat. Unfortunately, recently I have been having an issue with using my card on the website. I am from the US so I am not sure if that is the reason or not? This isn’t Real-Debrid’s fault, I believe it’s their card carrier. They really need to switch carriers because this has been happening for the past five months or longer. Just to tell you how amazing Real Debrid is…they give you fidelity points every time you buy a plan. Once you get 1000 points, you can exchange them for 30 days free. Its very easy to get to 1000 points. If you subscribe to 3-months you get 950 points. One more month and you have yourself a free month. They also answer support questions lightning fast! Originally, when I first started using them, I was afraid of security issues. I didn’t want to use my card. Thankfully, I just took the leap, and I am glad I did because the experience was amazing. In 5+ years I have never had a single security issue. And I have really enjoyed the amazing service Real Debrid offers. You won’t regret your decision using Real-Debrid, I promise you.

The service is great, im a customer for several years already. However, there is no way to contact support - and now its impossible to renew subscription with credit card, tried different cards and all returned payment refused. Its not an issue with the cards, as i use them regularly, but theres no way to contact RD and alert them/ask for help
Edit: added the 5th star given the quick reply from real-debrid with a working solution. Thank you for your excellent service, i can understand the need to limit the e-mails, but it would be great if you added a "contact us" button to that "payment refused" part of the faq. Thanks
