The service at RealCoAgents. com.au is a perfect example of why people don't trust real estate agents. They were very attentive when they were trying to get us to sign the contract, but as soon as we did, they disappeared. We moved into a home that has serious issues that were not disclosed to us during the sale. When we asked for help, we were met with a dismissive attitude and zero accountability. It’s been a nightmare trying to get them to stand by their word. I feel like I’ve wasted so much money on a property that wasn't as advertised.

Our transition into this new house has been anything but the ""peace and comfort"" we were promised. RealCo was quick to take our money, but they have been incredibly slow to address the defects we found. We’ve been living with several house issues for weeks now with no help in sight. Every time we call the office, we are given the run-around or told that someone will ""call us back"" who never does. It’s clear they have no regard for their customers' wellbeing once the transaction is completed. This has been a very costly and stressful mistake for my family.

RealCoAgents absolutely wasted our money and our time throughout this entire process. We found several issues with the house just weeks after moving in, and they have been zero help. Every time I try to seek accountability, I am met with silence or excuses. I wouldn't recommend this agency to my worst enemy.

Dealing with RealCo has been a disaster for my family's peace of mind. They talk a big game about after-sales care, but it’s all just marketing talk. Once the contract is signed, you are completely on your own with whatever problems the house has. It’s a total lack of accountability from a very unprofessional team.

To this day, I am still struggling with unresolved issues in the house, and my concerns are consistently dismissed. There is zero accountability from their team, and I feel completely let down by their lack of integrity. I strongly advise anyone looking for a home to stay away from Realco; they are quick to take your money but will disappear the moment you actually need them to stand by the quality of their listings.
