Straight up scammers.
Some of their keys say "out of stock" but their lifetime keys say "in stock" when you order they give you a bullshit key that doesnt work, when you question it they tell you that in the small print it says that the items in stock are pre order keys so next time they have the actual key in stock you can use your preorder to claim it. Ive been waiting for 2 months and still just selling "preorders" their attitude stinks. They refuse to refund and tell me they don't know when they'll be in stock. Straight up scamming!

Their reply saying that they offered a refund but I wanted it instantly just proves how corrupt these guys are. Thats pure lies. I didn't even ask for a refund, I asked when I will get the product I paid for and was given the response "you got a pre-order code, thats what you paid for. The item will be in stock when its in stock" these guys are 100% scammers and now also happy to fabricate a whole story of lies to try and cover their own back. I also havnt been removed from anything, since I posted this review, theyve actually messaged me and asked me if id like a different product instead but id have to pay extra, nothing but lying, scamming scumbags!

So hard to find a website that takes American cards 10/10 I did have some problems but the admins didn’t have a problem taking a while to make sure it worked

Freaking amazing customer service bought key last night product was removed support instantly made it better and swapped to a working product. The staff member tokyo is most kind and chill person does what ever it takes to make sure the customer is happy and has a working product outstanding!

Hard to get your money back, even though the Product key they gave me was not working and they knew it too.

I had to have couple of long conversation with them in order for them to process the refund, I still did not get my money back but hopeful that I will get it.
