Amazing wedding flowers
I couldn’t be happier with the flowers provided for our wedding! The bridal bouquet and groom’s buttonhole were absolutely stunning - carefully selected, beautifully arranged, and clearly crafted with a lot of attention to detail. Lovely flowers, great company
Whenever I've received flowers from the RFC they have always been stunning and even when I've had a slight issue, their customer service has been second to none. I always look forward to the amazing smells that fill the room when I receive these bouquets.

Good selection, not long lasting
Good size selection including muscari, lilac, lavender, hydrangea, jacobs ladder and raniculi. Sufficient to fill two vases. However, the crimson roses had some discoloured leaves and petals and most of the flowers were wilting at 4 days.

Sweet Peas
Primarily, I was disappointed with the delivery of the flowers. I actually saw the driver, from my front-room window, press the doorbell, then leave the package outside the front door. If I was not home, this would have meant that the item was left within sight of passers-by. To be honest, the driver may as well have placed the package out on the street! This was just silly. Also, some of the sweet peas were already falling off their stems, which was another disappointment, as I had ordered a small bunch, so it wasn't worth the cost, and the flowers were a gift to myself on my birthday. Note - the quality of previous sweet pea orders has been much better, but the delivery drivers were equally sloppy, e.g., leaving packages upside down etc.

Honestly,I wasn't happy for my flowers…
Honestly,I wasn't happy for my flowers which was as gift .because as lily of of the valley is small size flower then it needed to be delivered with care but they delivered almost was dead and I just lost my face.I think they was kept in warm place.

A 'shout out' to Cosmo for excellent customer service
Today, I placed an order over the phone with The Real Flower Company, and I cannot praise Cosmo in customer services highly enough. The bouquet of roses I ordered is to be placed on my mother’s grave at her forthcoming funeral, making this phone call an emotional experience for me. A very disappointing experience
I ordered a Christmas wreath by redeeming reward points from my bank and asked for it to be delivered on 23rd December. As I had heard nothing from TRFC, I rang the bank on the 23rd to check the order had been processed. They said it had and seemed surprised that TRFC hadn't contacted me.
The wreath was eventually delivered later that day and was very disappointing as:
* It was in a large, deep plastic circle which made it difficult to hang on a front door - it seemed to be designed as a table decoration which wasn't what I wanted
*. Although the packaging looked robust, the roses and foliage were "tired" and didn't revive even after following the instructions on watering etc. I had to throw it away on Boxing Day so it only lasted for 3 days
I'm not impressed by TRFC's lack of communication, the wreath being unsuitable for hanging and its poor condition. What a waste of reward points.

Very disappointed with the wreath I ordered as a gift. For £172 I was expecting something luxurious and beautiful. This looks nothing like the images online. Wish I’d seen these reviews before I ordered.

Disappointed with product
Ordered a £95 bouquet from the RFC, having researched a number of companies beforehand. This was meant to be a special 'thank you' gift but the reality didn't live up to the image on the website. Wrote to express my disappointment. Rather than acknowledge this, they simply justified their position and referred me to the disclaimer on the website. Interesting that they need a disclaimer in the first place. Wouldn't use again or recommend and will go back to my tried and tested providers for equivalent bouquets at a much more competitive price.

A potted Chandis rose
I ordered a potted Chandos rose from The Real Flower Company. The courier used gave me adequate warning of its arrival. And on arrival the condition of the rose was good. As the advice from the Company was to leave the plant in the pot for a couple of weeks to allow root development it is still in its pot but growing well with already 3 rose buds.
So far I have been most content unlike a bare root variety of the Chandos rose I ordered from another company which died in the spring!
