I usually always check reviews before I buy anything but this time, I didn't. What a mistake! The 2 dolls I received months later came from China and weren't anything like the dolls I ordered. Don't be scammed by these people. They are liars and crooks.

Same as everyone below!!! I’ve been scammed. Shame on me for trusting these people. Pure junk is what I received 3 months later.

I agree with the other reviewers. I have just received the 3 dolls I ordered 3 months ago and they are simply awful! The heads appear to be hard polystrene covered with cheap fabric. The clothes are nothing like the beautiful ones shown in the pictures and there are no extras - just one dress per doll. This is a total rip off. I just wish I had done some more research before I fell for the scam.

I ordered this in early December as a Christmas gift. What I received was a Dollar Store Doll in a plastic bag. No accessories, nothing like what I ordered! I reached out to the Company, they offered me a 10% refund & said I needed to mail the doll back? So i paid $49.99 + shipping, you’ll give me $4.99 back & I PAY TO SEND BACK! No thank you! I paid thru PayPal & they are reviewing my claim for a full refund! I have no worries that I won’t be refunded, as I attached photo of item ordered & a picture of what was received! I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing!!! Company is a total SCAM!! STAY CLEAR AND DO NOT PURCHASE!

Received order after 2.5 months of waiting. The worse, dolls ever. Not at all like the pictures. I am not able to give this crap to my granddaughters. They also smell like chemicals.

It did take three months to get my Emma doll. Customer service replied quickly to my queries. The doll is nothing like the advertising, does not have clothes like pictured either.

Do not order from this company. You DO NOT get the product in the pictures, if you get the doll at all. This company misrepresents their product 100%.

I ordered a doll for my granddaughter in early December, still have not received doll. I have tried to contact company without success. If I could rate company in a negative number I would.

My wife ordered a Doll for our granddaughter. We did get a doll but not the one we paid for. It didn't come with any of the accessories that it was supposed to. Contacted so called "Emma" and they offered a 10% refund. We are now going to file a complaint with our bank. Also noticed their online store is closed. I wonder why huh?

Please read review before you purchase junk. This toy was nothing like I thought I was ordering. Not at all soft or life like, poor craftmanship, will not respond to e-mails for returns. Please save your time and money, oh yea way over priced for product received. Just stay away

If I could give a zero rating I would. The doll came stuffed in a bag without any accessories or even a decent presentation. It is a pile of crap I paid $50 for. I will be on the phone with my credit card company. Do not buy from this company, it’s a sham. I ordered it for Christmas and received today, February 19. It literally was on a slow boat from China! Had I known, number one, it was from China I would not have purchased. Looks cute in pics, it’s a pile of nothing on arrival! BUYER BEWARE!

i wish i would have came here and read the reviews before i made my purchase of the same dolls. what they sent is horrible. they're charging a lot of money for Dollar Tree merchandise. BUYER BEWARE. i've learned my lesson.

I was totally gobsmacked when this 'doll' arrived, what a rag. It was dirty, full of holes, smaller than quoted, no accessories or clothes. A TOTAL SCAM..... I wish I'd read the reviews first, when I tried to contact the seller the store was no longer online. I paid £40 for something that's gone straight in the bin. It wasn't fit to give to my Granddaughter, Very disappointed. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I bought a doll from them and paid $70.00 and the doll looks awful! Nothing like the doll that was advertised, Don't buy a doll from them or you'll be sorry. I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased the doll.

This website is a complete scam. Paid $70.00 for a Waldorf doll and after two months received a doll that is not even worth $5.00's. They will not refund my money. They eventually offered a full refund and said I had to return the doll and that it may go missing in the mail......really!!! I have sent so many emails and they now will not even respond. This is the second time I was scammed. Terrible and they are still offering the Waldorf dolls on different sites.

Complete Scam... how can we all get our money back?????

I spent over $100 ordering what were pictured as beautiful dolls with knit clothing and caps. After 2 1/2 months I received 3 dolls that looked nothing like what I ordered. They reminded me of what I might win through a carnival vendor at a state fair. Do not order from this company.

Be careful! Dont order from this Company. Its just fraud. I ordered 6 different beautiful handmade Waldorfdolls with knitted chlothes and shoes. I got something completely different. Not Waldorf-dolls. No knitted Clothes and no shoes at all. They are all the same and look like machinemade ugly things that you scare children with. The company should take therir responsability and repay their customers. If they are scammed på a Chinese company is not my problems. They, as a company delivering, should check things up so that they know what they are delivering.

Total scam! Just received my order from over 2 months ago, does not look ANYTHING like what I paid for. Do not waste your money on this! I just wrote and asked for a refund, I surely hope they write back and refund me.
