If I could give less than 1 star I would. Took my money via Amazon, delayed, delayed, delayed fulfilling my limited edition mug until I had missed the purpose it was purchased for.....AND then I discovered them selling said product on eBay at highly inflated prices. She's incredibly rude too and seems to not have many happy customers - see Amazon reviews.
Poor customer service. When raising an issue was dealt with in a rude manner. When posting a review on trustpilot they claimed they did not know who I was and I had to prove to trustpilot that I had purchased from this company which I have since done. shameful company. Would not deal with this company again.
