Questionable Business Practices
They offer a free plan, but then sign you up for the paid plan with a 14 day trial period. Not even the least expensive paid plan, but the second most expensive one. On which they add a couple of extra things, so that it becomes really expensive. They are also hiding their free option as much as possible, in ase you want to change. Bear in mind, this is after you select the "Free forever" option from the pricing page.
I know that some people call this "sales strategy", but I disagree with that behaviour. I could avoid it, but it's just bad busines practice. Be very careful!
Edit: Grammar and spelling.
Edit2: After reviewing them, they looked up my data and they published sensitive information about my engagement with them publicly on the internet. They announced the period of time I used them and the extend of interactions I took on the platform.
