Bad service! I'm trying to close my account and have and not pay this damn auto renewal but no one is responding. Can I avoid spending inultimately $40?

Don't use it! This app steals your traffic in the free version.

I implemented the free URL shortener to check how it worked for my own domain and detect the Instagram traffic going to my store.

After installing it into the DNS settings and these propagated, I had the incredible surprise that my landing page had changed to one of Rebrandly and didn't even give the option to go to my site.

I paid for the basic $30 a month, which allowed 500 links, the trouble I had was if you wanted to tag those links with anything that was searchable, had to upgrade $69 a month, just to be able to search your own links...really bad news, secondly, if you want to save your information, and I mean 'your links' like to a CSV, its a custom quote, my quote was nearly $1200.
The QR code function is really clunky, only reason why they get 2 stars is the dashboard is quite sweet, but anyone starting out on a paid plan, I would look around a bit more

Okay, the support team at Rebrandly is awesome. I had an issue with one of my domains and Erin literally got back to me within minutes—I'm talking 4 minutes—and resolved it. Excellence service!

Pay $14 for a year thinking you'll be able to use your custom domain/link to redirect to your own site. Sorry you need to pay an extra $4 a month for this feature.. which only even embeds the site doesn't redirect to it.

They blocked my link just because I used free hosting. No threads at all, but they wasted my time asking about what is my job position and other unimportant stuff.

Service is absolutely unreliable. After a weekend outtage, support was not available in time. They took another business day to reply. Which is another day of severe impact. Naturally, the bot-like nature of the responses further increased the damages.
Finally, the issue was not resolved and we switched vendors, at great cost!

Both the desktop and mobile site versions are atrocious.

Creating new links has a disruptive design where it replaces the input before allowing further action.

Customer service does not exist. All replies look automated and do not solve the issue. For example, opening a ticket with all the details described elicited an email response asking for the exact same data.

I used this to speak with my Dr Dr. Noble it is a wonderful tool to use

absolutely shocked when I have been told to access from different browser because with Safari I cannot login into my account. Do not use it is a waste of time!

Been a Rebrandly user since they opened up shop a few years back, and I love them! Their UI is slick and user-friendly, with plenty of really helpful features - workspaces (can be used as teams, too), multiple custom domains, UTM templates, and the ability to edit destination URL... and that's on the FREE plan I'm on. The paid options have even more!

I've emailed support a couple of times over the years, and they're always quick to respond, and super friendly.

I use rebrandly for all my shareable content to carry my brand name. A fantastic service I have recommended to so many of my own clients!

An invaluable tool for marketers. If you have a need for shortened URLs that are branded, you can take control by bringing your own domain dedicated to URL shortening and not using one of the non-branded options that are out there. They have a lot of features to get you started for free and some more if you pay. I think there are a lot of additional features they could add to make it even more valuable but you get a lot with very little effort for free so for the value it is an absolute must have in my opinion for digital marketers.

Even in the free version, Rebrandly is way better than other URL shorteners I have been using in the past. The fact that you can change the URL destination and the overall user interface to manage all your short URLs are great. Truly recommend.

We started using it just to try the service. We use it now for every clients website. It is rich of features. Easy to use and often upgraded. We love Rebrandly.
