ATTENTION!
They put everything nice at the beginning but latter on they wont pay what their own page offers for the phone, cusomer service is terrible and they wont do a return either if you dont accept the payment.
i send them two great phones and after they didnt want to pay thw whole amount i wanted to send them back but they refuse... wont recommend it to anyone, horrible experience, i feel robed.
To your answer: i already got un touch with you múltiple times and you nevera gave me a solution, wanted my phones back and also deny me that option. You should he ashamed.

Not was I was expecting TBH
This is my second time with Rebuy, and the first was perfect.
This time I bought a pair of Bose Soundsport which I already had but got stolen. Since I love them, I paid for the "Sehr gut" option, meaning that I would receive some with little to no changes compared to the original one.
But after a careful review, I must say that the volume control is not the original, and the battery lasts half of the time (from 6 hours to 3).
Additionally, I received 8 pairs of earplugs, some of them fake. I could tell because I still have the ones from my previous package. That made me spend some time validating if the product was original, being the ultimate test a firmware update that run smoothly.
I overall would not buy this product if advertised with the "Sehr gut" condition again.

Never received product that was…a phone
Never received product that was ordered. DHL are so bad its unreal.
I entered my girlfriends address as the delivery address and rebuy just used the billing address to deliver. Completely wrong. Terrible website

Smartphone honor magic 5 pro
I was ordering smartphone. Quality on website just good with information it's can have some scratches on front and back. I was scary what they send to me, but price was good, and I can return phone, so I took a risk. They send a phone just with cable, but when you don't know what they send you not order any accessories. So right now I stay with perfect phone, without charger 😂 yes, phone is spectacular like new! Just few scratches on the frame, front and back is like new! Just what they can change that's:
1) real picture, I'm sure more people decide to buy something.
2) add possible to order a charger exactly on the phone website ( I have just 100 w at home, and I'm scary to use it, some people talk yes you can nothing happen, that's just max 100w, otters you can burn your battery, so I'm using quick charger from lg g6🤣) if they adding charger on website and write this one is correct for this phone I believe them.
So if you looking a phone, cheaper I'm recommending this website. I have a flagsip phone 300 euro cheaper than in official distribution ❤️ with guaranty 😀. How it's work I'm hope I never made any recension from that 😅
