SCAM CHINA COMPANY
Bought a radar detector from this company. It came completely damaged. Requested a refund and was told to send it to an address and when they receive it we will be issued our refund. UPS calls me back telling me the custom refused the package. Apparently they had given us an address to a thrift store in Florida as their company returns department. When we tried to contact them back, they never responded. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY OUT OF CHINA! DO NOT purchase anything from them. Luckily our bank reversed the charges.
No response regarding recalled air fryer
My air fryer was recalled. I had trouble processing the recall to obtain a replacement. I called the recall line, which lead to an answering service instructing to leave a message. Over two weeks, I left multiple messages. No response whatsoever. I tried contacting Cosori directly and all they would do is direct me to the recall line. After leaving more messages, I gave up. I had already cut the cord on my machine as instructed, unfortunately. Since I’m unable to process the recall, I am now without my machine and have no hopes they will be honoring their recall with a replacement.

After using this product for 16 months the handle from our cosori airfryer melted and as I took some chicken out the whole tray fell onto the floor and hot fat went everywhere as well as the chicken. Could have a lot more dangerous than it was. Any chance of a replacement?

I use my air fryer DAILY...and after following all the recall instructions, cutting the cord and taking pictures and uploading - I get a message saying 6 to 8 weeks to wait for a replacement. Absolutely BS. And then I see the number to call for support in the event I can't find the info I need on the website. I call that and am promptly disconnected after hearing a message basically saying "all recall info is on the website". What a joke.

Although I did receive a replacement air fryer the replacement is now malfunctioning, making a loud noise. It has been less than two years and it is under warranty. I called the number indicated 888-402-1684 but the outgoing info says "they are not taking calls to send an email to "support", email was sent on March 28, 2024 and again on March 29, 2024 but as of today, April 3, 2024 no response and outgoing call message is the same. Someone commented about a Class Action Lawsuit - where do I sign!!

On December 10, 2023 I placed an online order with this company. They immediately charged my credit card in the amount of $135.99.
On December 17, 2023, I had yet to receive a shipping confirmation. I emailed the company requesting to cancel the order and receive a refund. According to the company's cancellation policy, a customer may cancel with a full refund if the order has not shipped.
On December 18, 2023, Mark wrote, "I am Mark from the Bark Beyond Team, I hope this message finds you well.
I wanted to inform you that your order has been successfully cancelled as per your request. Additionally, I'm pleased to confirm that a full refund of $134.00 for your order has been processed. You should expect to see this reflected in your account within 5-7 business days or depending on your bank's posting timeframe.
Moreover, an email confirmation regarding the cancellation and refund details has been sent to your provided email address."
As of today, February 21, 2024, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND.
I spoke with "Mark" via chat today and was told, "I'll provide an update as soon as possible Christy. As of the moment, there's an error occurred in our system. Please bear with us as we resolve all of your concerns."
I requested to speak with a representative via phone. There is no phone number listed on the website. Mark then told me, "Our phone supports aren't available as of the moment Christy."

Their teapot has broken on me FIVE TIMES. It took them over a week for EMAIL ONLY (no customer support phone number) to send me a new one, and in 5 weeks, that one broke. It's been 3 days and no one has bothered to "email me" (no phone representatives). LOUSY company. Defective products. RUN!

I sent my information for the recall on Feb 23,2023. In June I received a new air fryer. The issue was it was a lower model then my original purchase. I was contacted immediately telling me that I had received the wrong air fryer. I had the option of a $25.00 gift certificate for cosori or wait for a replacement of my original airfryer.i chose to wait. I received instructions not to use this airfryer and I received a tracking number right away. This was June 6th. When I traced the tracking number my message read " shipping label created, product not received".on Aug 8th I called and was told the issue was canada shippers. I called BS as the tracking number no longer existed. The order was escalated and I was told I would receive the product shortly. On Aug 28th I called again and was forwarded to a supervisor who could no longer see the order and said she sent the order through again, I should see an email shortly. On Oct 3rd I called again and was told once again it has been escalated and I would receive an email. I requested a full refund for the original air fryer I was to receive. I was told the request would be sent in and I should hear back shortly by email. Still no email.

The Cosori recall is not getting any better. I have been trying for over a week to send pictures and information acceptable to them. I sent them pictures last night with the front, back, bottom, etc. with the ridiculous handwritten batch number in all of the pictures. Today I get a message saying again that the pictures were not acceptable. I called to ask why and was told my pictures did not show the 4 corners of the air fryer in my pictures. What the heck!????? I am not great with cell phones, but with a little help (NOT from Cosori)I figured out the sending of the pics to my email, downloading them to my computer, then uploading to Cosri. This experience has been a nightmare. I have sent at least 12 pictures. I truly believe Cosori has set this up to discourage customers from successfully asking for a replacement product. I am going to contact BBB and the Consumer Products Safety Commission.

The recall requirements to get reimbursement are a way of stringing people along. It should be one picture showing the model and batch numbers with the cord cut. Having a post it note with the batch number in each picture does not make any sense.

Received a tracking number for the package. It's been a week and FedEx had not picked up the package The label was created a week ago. Cosori has not called FedEx to pick up the package. Cosori should not provide me a tracking number until the package is picked up!!!
Cosori horrible customer service
I have been waiting since February 20 23 to receive my replacement Cosori air fryer due to a recall. I have called numerous times and I’m told the same thing when I call that there will be a replacement coming. It will just be a few weeks longer and I will be getting a new tracking number in a few weeks.
This is been going on for months and I feel this is beyond the time anyone should wait.
I called on June 19 to speak to a supervisor and get my problem escalated only to be told the supervisor was busy talking to another Customer which I don’t believe.
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any customer service. I wish I would not have cut the cord as they said, and continue to use my air fryer because I had no problems with it using it six months previous.
I will not be using Cosori again or will not recommend it to anyone.
I will purchase a new air fryer from another company. This product was purchased in Canada, which was part of where the recall was from and I feel to have to wait five months for a replacement is ridiculous.
All I’m getting is the runaround from customer support and I can’t seem to get a new air fryer. This is a horrible company to deal with.
Worst recall experience of my life
I submitted the photos of my air fryer as soon as I heard about the recall, before I even received an email from the company about the recall (heard it from a friend who also had a cosori air fryer).
The week before the 8 week mark, I called them to get an update. They told me my recall has been approved, but the status on my recall stayed on "final confirmation". I was told to call the following week to follow-up. Still told the same thing.
A week after that, I get an email apologizing for the delay, and it will take another 6-8 weeks to receive my replacement.
It took 3 months before I finally received my replacement. I get the email for my tracking number 3 days later.
2 weeks later, I get yet another email that they sent me the incorrect replacement, and to keep the replacement in its original packaging (too late for that), and to either wait for the proper replacement, or keep the current replacement and they'll send me a $20 gift card, which is basically useless to me.
At this point, I'm too frustrated to continue dealing with the company. It has been an entirely frustrating experience from start to finish. I don't think I'll ever get anything from Cosori after this whole ordeal.
This is absolutely ridiculous
This is absolutely ridiculous. I submitted my photos almost instantly after I heard about the recalled cut the cord and everything and now it is almost the end of May and I still have no air fryer. My application is still in the final processing stage and has been that way since the end of March. This company has handled this recall so poorly it is not even funny. I have called at least three times to get status updates and I’ve been told the same thing every time that it could take up to 6 to 8 weeks from the approval date after you submit your photos to get your replacement air fryer. It’s coming up on two months and I still don’t even have confirmation that an air fryer has shipped. It’s extremely frustrating because my air fryer with something I use on a daily basis and per their instructions. I had to cut the cord and they won’t let you throw it out so I have a broken air fryer that is completely useless and no hopes of receiving my new one anytime soon. This company should’ve handled this recall 1,000,001 times better than they did. They should’ve given every customer with a recall air fryer a gift card to go out and purchase a new one and ship their broken ones back this way you wouldn’t have a whole ton of upset customers. At this rate, I’m not hopeful my new air fryer will come anytime soon. Shame on Cosori for how they handle this recall. Do better.
Cosori's mistake is my gain
I applied for the recall in February as soon as I heard about it. I jumped through all the hoops of photos and serial numbers to apply for the recall. It was March before I was given approval. After approval was received, I waited weeks and weeks and weeks, but my replacement FINALLY arrived a couple of weeks ago at the beginning of May. The new fryer is almost identical to the original model I had, but the new one is larger, so I was quite pleased.
Three days ago, out of the blue, a second air fryer arrived, also addressed to me. So now I have multiple air fryers.
I feel for all the people who haven't received their fryers yet, but I can assure you, Cosori isn't running a scam. They just seem to be somewhat inept. I got not only one but two fryers, purely from their own mistake. The experience was painfully slow, but they did come through in the end. I'll be keeping the second fryer, because it's not my fault they were so stupid that they sent me an air fryer twice. I consider it apt payment for the amount of time I had to go without any fryer at all, and the hoops they made me jump through before I received a new unit.
Cosori Air Fryer Recall
Like everyone else that has a Cosori Air Fryer and was made aware of the recall. I too cut the cord of off our machine and wait.
BUT I have an issue with Amazon over this recall mess. Amazon made good money selling all these units. Amazon continues to sell numerous models of Cosori but will not assist with this lack of customer response during this recall.
Cosori has cover themselves by having their customers cut the cords. But they still flog the market with other models on Amazon.
It’s time Amazon supported their millions of clients by removing the Cosori products from Amazon until Cosori fulfils their obligation to all the customers that have followed their directions to cut the power cord but have failed to supply the promised replacement units.
