Reclaim247 is a claims management company specialising in mis-sold car finance claims. If you bought a car, van or motorbike on PCP or Hire Purchase between 6 April 2007 and 1 November 2024, you could be owed compensation. The financial regulator (FCA) has proposed a mass redress scheme worth an estimated £7.5 billion, covering around 12 million agreements that may have included hidden or unfair commissions. We’ve already helped thousands of UK drivers start their claims. Our service is simple, hassle-free, and always no win, no fee.

I’ve just filled in the online form. Nothing else. Not sure why a review at this stage is necessary.

As soon as you sign up it's rushrush rush. No chance to read small print until you have signed. Wanting digital phot uploaded before I knew what was happening, just sent a letter off to finance company without me reviewing it. Go to the ombudsman do it yourself

Very easy to navigate the website and check for claims.

AVOID THIS, NEVER TRUST SLATER AND GORDON/ RECLAIM 247 - The car finance reclaim contract is very scummy, T&Cs allow for charging for Disbursements, Adverse costs AND Fees not capped by the amount won. Meaning they can charge you more than you win, so you end up paying for nothing!

Extremely prompt and professional in correspondence. This quality of business etiquette is rare these days and was very refreshing. Having been in business for many years I know the difference between good practice and bad. I thoroughly recommend Reclaim247 and commend their responsive staff.

Search all your previous finance agreements, even the ones that aren't eligible for a claim. Highly recommend if you haven't claimed already...
