We had an issue with an item shipped that was received in less than desirable condition , The item was received on a Friday evening and I left messages concerning the condition and within one hour of their returning to the office from the weekend Anthony contacted me asking for pictures and after receiving them contacted me again within the hour advising "it was in the mail"! I couldn't be happier as it is for my wife in hopes it will help her condition.

I had no issues at all,, I was worried because of the reviews that I saw online which was after my purchase but the guys at this business did as they said they would. I’m happy with the service received, satisfied with the massage chair and also they 100% gave the best price available anywhere. 5 stars

Bought a Garmin watch on sale at new year's that was a great deal. I decided to leave a review here and share my experience due to the poor reviews I saw and had me concerned. The watch was dispatched on the same day and delivered pronto by UPS, great job!

I purchased a WaterRower machine from Recoveryforathletes recently. I had already made purchase before I fully investigated reviews here. I was concerned.
The actual fact here is that I ordered on a Friday and received the product 9 days later. This seemed very reasonable to me. The machine was shipped from manufacturer directly to my house in New Mexico.
I gave four stars as when I made initial call I was told there was a shipping cost in spite of advertising that stated shipping was free. I was told manufacturer wouldn't allow free shipping due to lowering cost if bought directly. sounded reasonable. I am satisfied so far.

I can related to every one of the 1 star reviews. I would give Zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrible experience with them at every step after the sale. Very friendly and happy to take your money but when things go south, they offer no support, use deceptive tactics, and even lied to the credit card company when I disputed the charges. We closed the credit card account after they believed RFA and offered no consumer support. Then 8 months later, the order finally went through and had be returned due to warranty defect, RFA returned the funds back to the closed account after telling me they would take a new card number for the refund. They knew the original account was closed yet claimed they sent a refund back to them anyway, while the cc company showed no record of it. Dont expect anyone to help you or make things right if there’s any issue with your order or product. They won’t even return your money in a way that you can get it back. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. Jared and Josh are complete scam artists and only care about making their sale and being done with you. To say they care about helping customers recover from injuries/chronic pain is a total sham. They are nothing but apathetic and dismissive after the $$ is in their account.

I ordered a sauna 3 months ago that was advertised as "in stock and ready to ship". They took payment up front instead of when it shipped. There has been no proactive communication from them regarding the delays, and I keep getting the run around whenever I reach out. I'm realizing this website is a scam and I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card company.
